Hello Macchindra, this oil can be used any time . It is excellent for hair growth . I also make sure that I shake the bottle well so the herbs get mixed with the oil and I get a better result. I have been using it for many years now If you use it at nite , your pillow covers can get stained ! I leave it on for a day at least . Enjoy
