I love this product . I have been taking it for at least 5 years. Tastes good and you get your calcium and magnesium requirement . Quality is good

Love this product, and I am working my way through all the flavors. My Dr suggested this product to work in tandem with D3 supplements. She uses it herself, and I find it more convenient and less expensive than getting it locally.

A nutritionist suggested I take Liquid Calcium after I complained that calcium carbonate pills were making me constipated. I normally associate calcium or magnesium supplements with the taste of powdered chalk---for that reason I can't stand antacids---so I was a bit skeptical. Surprisingly, the Bluebonnet Blueberry-flavored liquid was not only pleasantly flavored but smooth and easy to swallow. I noticed right away that the cramps in my feet and legs following a long day of walking disappeared. Two caveats, however: the first week I began taking the stuff, I got diarrhea from the magnesium and had to taper the dosage to one tablespoon a day. As my digestive system got used to it, I could slowly increase my intake to the recommended two tablespoons. The other is that the vitamin D3 in Liquid Calcium comes from lanolin. I'm not vegan, but a member of my family is and will not take this supplement on that account. It's too bad: I don't understand why they can't find another source for D3. But it is a good product and I recommend it for those who don't have issues with animal products or lanolin.

This is the best product. I take it before I go to bed and it helps me sleep through the night. The difference is noticeable. The flavor tastes like Blueberry, and it does not have a medicine taste. I take half the recommended dosage; I get most of my calcium from food sources.

This product is liquid. It tastes good and is simple consisting of calcium, magnesium and Vit D. Most of the liquid calcium supplements are filled with other ingredients that upset my stomach but Bluebonnet is easy to digest. It mixes well with water (or what ever you want to mix it with). I take two tablespoons a day and it helps with my arthritus pain as well as giving me the required dose of the other ingredients. It now comes in a plastic rather than a glass container which is much lighter and easier to use. Since it is plastic I can also put it in my suitcase when I fly and not worry about the container breaking.

The price is reasonable- actually 10 dollars less than the local market. Arrived the next day as promised. Packaging was great also.

Taste is not pleasant. Very acidy. Don't think I want to ever buy this again.
