I didn't like that they slipped out easily i had to keep readjusting but other than that easy to use and effective. My son noticed a difference in my jaw

The media could not be loaded.  It was good to try out the product before going and purchasing the more expensive ones. However, when they came it felt like one was higher intensity than the other so I had to rotate them in my mouth. Also I purchased them on 10/20 and last week they started to tear on the inside. Today 11/2 the “weaker” of the two split where I’m suppose to bite down and then shortly after, the higher intensity one also split. Over all not the best quality product, but not bad to try out for the price.

The item was good for the first two days i had them but on the third day it began to tear and split in half. Just spend your money on the more expensive jaw exercisers and stay away from this one.

Received this product a few weeks ago and today, I chew right through it. While it is small enough to fit the entire mouth, it just like chewing gum. Look at another brand

Used them for about a weak before they were no good anymore.

Broke in 3 days

I used on the back molars as instructed and I managed to bite through the material after only 5 uses. I also bought the 40lb ones which are a much tougher material, but it is hard to transition from this level to the 40lb level so quickly. if you use these don't bite too hard or else your rip right through the material. biting softly though would seem to defeat the purpose.
