Fitbit Charge 4 Fitness and Activity Tracker with Built-in GPS, Heart Rate, Sleep & Swim Tracking, Black/Black, One Size (S & L Bands Included) (Renewed)

I was diagnosed with afib. This permits me constant status of my heart rate. The band wears out about once a year so I keep a replacement on hand. After about five years the connection on the watch to the band broke and I needed a new one.

WORST EFFORT ever by a "Renewed" Vendor, no effort at all.I suspect the previous buyer sent this back in with the broken clip taped to the Fitbit, and no effort was done besides slipping in the "renewed" pamphlet provided by Amazon.....and then listed and shipped to me AFTER +20 days.From the Vendor's advert on the Amazon page:"The product is refurbished and is fully functional. Backed by the 90-day Amazon Renewed Guarantee.- This pre-owned product has been professionally inspected, tested and cleaned by Amazon qualified vendors."Note it says fully functional....well it is not if you cannot attach the braclet/band. Also says "professionally inspected, tested, and CLEANED.....does this look clean? There's enough skin and DNA to recreate the previous user in there....yuck.It also says I should get a charger with this....didn't.....not that I am keeping this piece of junk.It is Vendors like this one that give AMazon Refurbs/Renews a bad name. I get that sometimes folks won't like something, doesn't fit them, not as expected and the "renew" program gives the item a second life. This Vendor is an embarassment to Amazon, the Program, and an awful human being bent only on ripping people off. STAY AWAY......cannot be trusted. Ships broken junk

Works like a champ. Easy set up and easily read displays.

This is my second Charge 4 Fitbit and I really like it. I can track my fitness, my heartrate as well as my sleep the list goes on. This new one fits quite well. The band was kind of small for my hand, so I fit a little larger band on that I had from my old Fitbit. The setup was quite straight forward. You have to upload the App onto your phone then sync the watch to your phone. Patience is needed with the setup, it takes a little while. It also takes a while to charge the watch initially. So far I am happy with this new watch.

Had an Iwatch and went back to fit bit. Gives you lots of info and easy to use. Interacts well with fitness pal app. Iwatch I had some many issue with connectivity that it wasnt worth the effort.

This item clearly did not have any kind of quality inspection. Because if it did, it would have been obvious that the display would become so dim as to be illegible (especially outdoors) shortly after charging. This product should never have been allowed to have been sold.I'm all for refurbishing products as long as they actually work. This seller should not be allowed to sell this product if they can't provide one that lacks basic functionality.

Fitbit charge 4 only worked for a month (properly), then became erratic. Sometimes not showing anything or battery showing dead. Put on the charger cable and it would show working and “battery 100%”??? Remove from charger and it would go blank again??? This was a “RENEWED” device. I TRIED calling the seller TWICE for tech support as requested by the included paperwork. They NEVER replied to my telephone requests, or my text! I was NOT happy. So I contacted Amazon and asked for a replacement. THEY (Amazon) are as nice as can be!!! They immediately approved my request for exchange...unit was returned yesterday. So, NOW we can see if the seller makes good on the 90 day warranty period.
