Archery Fitness: Physical Training for The Modern Archer

I like it so far!
I think it delivers in its subject. Exercises are just perfect if you're just starting out, and you want to develop a stronger, accurate pull. Keep in mind that I'm not a highly experienced archer, just a fairly new bow hunter. I think the book delivers, but accept my opinion with a grain of salt

not sport specific
This is just another get strong work out book, not specific to archery. one could pick up any strength training book and use it for the same end. I wasted my money on this, as i have other strength training books with the same exercise one by Arnold Swartzengger. When I Look at the exercises in this book and the guy doing them, he is not your standard get fit guy he is a dedicated weight trainer possibly into himself, Don't waste your money for archery it's not sport specific

Muscle structures and their use in archery.
I found this book a very good addition to my collection of training reference books aiding me in obtaining my qualification as an archery coach.

Toughen up and shoot well.
Satisfactory but too much description for my limited memory retention although I can see the reason. The pictures are not very clear in the Kindle version, diagrams may have been better. Despite the above, a useful guide.

To late
I thought it old fashioned and out of date and as I am 82 and have arthritis in knees and ankle most exercises are beyond me
