As a therapist I have used LED therapy face masks for years!I purchased this device as this is for personal use only for myself.Delivery time was fantastic! It was actually due today but arrived on Tuesday even though I ordered it on Monday!Those that have said that it is uncomfortable need to adjust the mask. The mask is designed to fit all shapes and sizes off faces which is why it is big and slightly heavy! The best advice I can give is either x2 pillows either side or X2 towels rolled up either side to ease the pressure of the mask - which is what us therapists do for our clients to make them comfortable.

My daughter has suffered with acne for the past 4 years, she's 16 and we have tried every cream and anti spot treatment going, we have done microderm abrasion and even expensive face peels done at a clinic. Nothing really made much of a difference, infact it actually was getting worse over time 😔 it was like clusters of spots, like cystic acne. And what we found is her face looked so bad because even when the spot was gone it left a red mark for months, so even if she had no recent spots, her skin looked like she had a bad breakout still. 😔 I've read into everything, and spent an absolute fortune trying to help her, the clinic said about light therapy to try and help her next, but with covid and the clinic getting closed I looked in to getting a mask to use at home, I honestly thought it wouldn't work, but I went ahead and bought one anyway, and I'm so glad I did, it took a couple of week to notice it working but we r really starting to see a big difference now 😊 the redness has decrease by at least half in less than a month and she's getting far less spots as well. 😁 I wish I'd known about light therapy sooner. She's actually waking up in the morning and saying look at my skin and smiling because the redness is finally going away and in turn making her skin look clearer 😁 she does say its slightly uncomfortable to wear, but she puts some cotton balls on the bridge of her nose and on the top of her hair line and it takes the weight off her face 😂 but it's a small price to pay for the benefits she's having.

I've just used it for the first time. I made the mistake of pressing the up arrow where it says microelectronics WHILE IT WAS ON MY FACE and I nearly jumped through the ceiling. Would not recommend doing that, what a shock I got.The pins are so uncomfortable so I have now taken them out and won't be using them next time. Other than that It seems like a good product but I've only used it once so will see what happens. Instructions aren't great there should be more clarity, I've had to go to YouTube for better do's and don'ts.

This item is ok for the money paid, but sadly I am not able to use it with out it hurting my face, I can not use the straps supplied to keep it secure while in use, as around the cut out part of the eyes have a hard plastic around them, even though it has a google like silicone surround the plastic still digs into your skin.It also has to be used with the neck unit attached and you need to hold it down.If you use the face part alone, will not sit onto the face, as Its lifting up at the chin part, so constantly pointing up, rather than sitting flash on the face.So I have to hold it while in use for the time the whole time during the selected treatments required.

Really very disappointed at the experience with this led face mask. I have only had it for few days and used only four times.It is extremely heavy and bulky. Fifth time I tried it stung and burnt skin and went off. Now no lights come on. Been trying for hours on and off to see if it works again.No lights. Mask doesn’t work anymore.My face skin is damaged.! Don’t recommend and will not be buying this again.

Definitely worth the money. Noticeable difference when I use it for 10-15 minute a day and then 3 times a week. If left on too long it leaves marks as it’s a heavy mask.

Really did help to heel my skin on the red led lights, different colour led for different purposes, relaxing claiming. Very easy to use & safe. A little uncomfortable if it moved out of place but yes I’ve definitely recommend I’ve had these uses in professional salons doThe same job but for way less the money.

This LED mask is super uncomfortable and leaves deep dents on my skin after using it. It is extremely heavy and I put cotton/cloth pads just under the rubbery things that rest on around my eyes so it doesn't hurt that much. The remote is hard to use and sometimes the buttons mess up and don't respond to the required setting. I have been using it for a few months now and I haven't seen any positive changes in my skin.
