The build quality here is excellent, and the orange is bright enough to pass for a hi-vis vest - safety first, I suppose. However, take the product description’s recommendation for "everyday walks" with a pinch of salt if you have a smaller dog - hence the loss of a star.​At 1.8m, I feel like I’m constantly wrapping the excess lead around my wrist just to keep things manageable. It’s a solid bit of kit, but if you want to avoid the "lasso" look, you’re probably better off opting for the 1.5m length. I wish I had, if only to snag them in yellow which i actually wanted to match their collars, but the orange is undeniably vibrant, and they are well made.

The handle is nicely padded. I chose the 1.8m for wider country walks which is fit for purpose. A shorter lead would be better for village walking and near traffic. The reflector edging on both lead and collar are efficient. My puppy is a very keen chewer and eagerly bites the base of the lead which so far stands up to his scissor teeth! With a foreseeable lead replacement in mind, the lead and collar are well priced. It is nice to be able to mix and match lengths of lead to a one and same padded collar. Said collar has a sturdy locking mechanism and easily allows for neck growth. The "Small" size was even at its tightest somewhat large for the 8 week-old puppy (until about 13 weeks). I released the neck girth at about 15 weeks. For both the collar and lead, the "D" ring is sturdy and easy to clip, one-handed. Thoroughly recommended and definitely will buy again.

Great colour, very strong however the lead is far too long. I have to wrap it around my hand several times. When puppy is excited for her walks she gets tangled up in it.

Near perfect colour match to harness. Handle would be nice for when she was pulling but harness with ring attachment at chest fixed that problem immediately

My dogs leash broke and I ordered this one thinking that it would a green teal colour. It was blue. Which I didn’t want. I did however like the reflective stitching, the key ring by the handle for your poo bags and that the handle part was padded. I didn’t like that it was the wrong colour and it’s kind of thin.
