Hylexin (Intensive Concentrate For Serious Dark Circles) 0.5 Fl Oz (15 ml)

I bought this twice within the past 4 years from two listings on Amazon. I wrote a review for the last seller but wanted to write it here as well, because I do think this product works!! I used this 10+ years ago, when it was a lot more expensive and indeed it worked! But somehow thought with newer brands on the market from Sephora etc., that I’ll just use those because newer is better... right? BIG mistake! My dark circles came back. Thankfully I saw this on amazon because it is hard to find in stores. I did not use it consistently.. and of course we all know that would not work. So i purchased it again (but from the other listing - i think it was sold out on this listing) and I started back using this every day 2x, and I am seeing improvements again!! I will keep updating.. For those that it did not work for, remember dark circles can be caused by genetics, poor sleep, poor diet, lack of iron, lack of vitamin k, allergies and poor circulation. I think this works great for issues with poor circulation. Try to figure out your problem issue and address those that you can improve, as well as using this product. It really works!!

Like many others, I also have hereditary dark circles under my eyes and on my upper eye near the nose. I've purchased this in the past then stopped using it. I recently decided to start using it again. It's been a few weeks of constant use and once again, I am very pleased with the results and I don't feel like I have to use concealer. One thing I have noticed that seems different than the past products is that there seems to be some white reflective element to the cream, which I don't remember being there before. When you put it on and you're looking in the mirror, you can see where the product is and where it isn't. It's not a bad thing at all.

This product has done nothing on me. I've been constantly using it for over a month now.. And I see no change at all. There's a make up treatment from Loreal that has the same ingredients and actually works as a concealer for 10 bucks and works great, You can get it at Walgreens or cvs. I would definitely not recommend this product to anyone.

It does what it promised. I always had dark circles no matter how much sleep. It was related to having very sensitive and thin skin under my eyes but Hylexin actually helped. I have tried so many product and none of them ever made a difference in the colour. Hylexin actually made the skin better or stronger. All I know is that it is not for people with darker under eyes because they didn't sleep well or partied hard. It is actually a fix and a cure for us who did everything to have those rested eyes but we never did because we were born with them.

OK as Promised for those with DARK CIRCLES concerns ONLY I got this 5 dys ago, and I REALLY had no real immediate hope to SEE ANY KIND OF CHANGE IN just 5 dys 2 x a day, I AM Wrong. My left eye is darker and has one small puffy spot , so I applied to test on inner arm for reaction as stated on information, and I was fine. I use 2 x day , first nite by morning after contacts went in my eyes I kind of looked like I was rested ? ALTHOUG I have severe Insomnia for over 2 yrs , I go 2-3 nites a wk., each wk with out ANY SLEEP. SO the puffy spot was lessened some and the right eye , which by FAR IS NOT AS dark and is concealable with makeup... I noticed a "blurred type skin tone color blend" beginning to happen. Like my dark under eye circle is starting to blend in to my normal skin COLOR! NOW ITS 5 dys post use, (I took before and After pics on my web cam ), I do this for my face regime products I've bought. Every Sunday morning I take profile pics for jaw line and lifting results one product is for, then eyes pics for fine lines smile and not smiling, then an over all Close up to check Results for products for skin tone and clarity another products is for. May seem excessive but these Products added UP are NOT CHEAP!! I don't want to ASSUME something is working , and a PIC DOES NOT LIE ! I take them after washing face with a GREAT NEW Exfoliating Wash no scent i bought HUGE 8 OZ from DAYSTAR TV . CLEARS zits, oil controls and moisturizes wont break you out and its beads are collagen filled !! VERY inexpensive AND I got their "FACE LIFT IN A JAR " $30 bucks that lifts JAW , cheeks and upper eye lids INSTATNLY AND also gives a cumulative effect ! ( IF any one wants info, ask. i also use their HI potency C SERUM DAY 5 of Hylexin: ( i went to my TRUTH MIRROR , AND I Got Excited! My LEFT under EYE which , IS WORSE OF eyes , HAS the DARKEST CIRCLE with puffiness , (even looked close and seems like a blue green Vein is under the skin , , which is thinnest skin!) Put contacts in , and looked and the Puffy area on left eye was reduced! BUT the REAL surprise was I could NOT DETECT the VEIN STREAK OF DARK BLUE/GREEN, that has been there over 3 Yrs under that LEFT EYE! IT has spread out and not a noticeable vein streak ! MORE of a slightly lighter darkness, AND NOT collected in one defined area under my eye (when u have a solid spot of darkness circles is impossible to conceal effectively because u apply concealer there on darkest spot but when applying concealer to rest under eye, it wont match in the coverage, some of under eye will be lighter than the DARK SPOT where a vein is at. In my case. ALL veins are under the eye skin DR told me, thinner the skin the more you see the CIRCLES and for many its a HERDITATY melanin thing caused by certain Mediterranean heritage skin tones that are darker skin , so eye circles will be darker , and hard to rid of. Hylexin seems to work by breaking down the collected area of darkness and as on right eye i see its easier to blend the eye darkness that is fading in to the rest of my face tone color! NOTE: I STAYED INDOORS ONE FULL WEEK, a few wks ago, because that Morning i woke and Began Crying! THE DARK CIRCLES under my eyes which Never was as bad at this day, the LEFT WORSE EYE and Right eye BOTH LOOKED Like i had been punched in the Eyes , I had 2 Black EYES!!! I woke after 3 hrs sleep , all I get each night, from insomnia , and IN the Mirror I CRIED TO SEE THAT MY EYES looked like both EYES were Punched ! BUT , I WASNT PUNCHED ,and i did NOT Injure my eyes during the 3 hrs I barely slept! AFTER that morning I ordered HYLEXIN. I stayed inside till it arrived a week later! I couldn't cover it with makeup ... PLS don't think me to be obsessive, my career is an actress, AND im just now back to the biz after back surgery. I was in TEARS thinking that I've spent so much effort in rehab for spine to get better , spent so much to keep skin up while down with my back for 2 yrs, that NOW out of no where I got WORSENED non hereditary DARK CIRCLES coming from no where! I don't tan, fake or sun , so im paled out yellow skin tone , think of Angelina Jolie without a tan , yellow based or Jen Aniston. I drink my almost gallon of water daily for YEARS, and my skin has been smoothed to point of being mostly wrinkle free by products bought AMAZON of DRs from ALLURE EDITOR BEATUY PICS that I got told of . Dr Sadick and DR Copeland PM SERUMS that DO REALLY WORK, on 2nd bottles of BOTH. I am NOW excited to rush to the " Truth MIRROR " with its Unforgiving Lighting , to SEE what Improvements have occurred over night! Since my PICS with slight noticeable visual difference in 5 dy of USE of Hylexin I see, then in a month I am believing that my DARK circles will be gone on right eye IF not Sooner, and left eye will be as lightened as my Right eye was, minimal darkness. Understand though " Plastic surgeon told me that if Someone has mid eastern or Mediterranean heritage they will have more melanin under eyes and will make those circles almost impossible to rid of with creams. I learned , there are LASER quick painless treatments for DRAMATIC DARK CIRCLE ISSUES that use LIGHTS to zap the veins under the eyes and shut down the VEIN. ITS a PERMANANT FIX many are candidates for, so if your cirlces are herdiraty due to dark skin tones or Mediterranean deep olive skin with BLUE DARK GREEN circles that look like Bags then imo, go for FREE Plastic Surgeon Consult to see fi new Laser, is better for you then wasting moony on creams.. ITs around $2k and is ONE Treatment not multiple sessions. Just thought id add what I learned on this . I ordered this product three days ago, it arrived earlier today. I have used it once when it arrived and once tonight. The results are already visible!! I have sunken in eye, I lack fat under my eyes, and my mom passed her dark circles gene to me (also I have a 9 month old and I am 6 months pregnant- so sleep is very sparse), I have very dark circles around my eyes. My eyelid and under eye area appear to be a purple-ish color. Its been like this forever now and nothing other than makeup has helped me, until this product arrived!! I used it only twice today and I can already tell a HUGE difference. I promise, if you have the same issue as I do, this stuff seems to work great! I am very thankful and pleased to have purchased this product and I will continue to use it forever! Amazing, I am so happy to have found something. I will also purchase one for my mom because of my great results. :-) Very happy with this product :-)

This product did not live up to my expectations. I use it under my eyes and so far I have not seen any reduction in dark circles. I do use this all over my face occasionally. I obviously need a stronger product for my dark circles.

Been using this for awhile (4 months) for dark circles under my eyes and it has not helped noticeably at all. I only paid $20 at the time when I purchased it but I notice it is up to $45 now, I would have been really disappointed if I had paid that much. I honestly don't think anything topical is going to correct the circles under my eyes but I am hoping something at least helps. This did nothing for me but perhaps this does and will work for others. I had no problems with the product besides the fact that it didn't help my circles. It applies easy, lasts awhile, doesn't smell or look funny and doesn't irritate my eyes or skin.

I totally love this cream. I had a severe case of under eye dark circles..just like the ones the girl on the hylexin package has. This is my 5th week of using this cream and I see tremendous improvement in the dark circles..I am a software engineer and I spend long hours in front of the computer screen..and before using the cream I would feel as if there were tiny weigths attached to my eyes...thts how tired my eyes would feel..this cream not only reduced the under eye darkness but my eyes feel refreshed and rested..thumps up to this cream..its definitely expensive but totally worth every penny. I am going to buy this one again.

I have been using morning and night for about 3 weeks now and can't say I have noticed any real improvement in my bad dark circles. Keep thinking they are perhaps fading a little but I'm not sure it's not just wishful thinking.....But I shall persevere to the end of the tube - it will last forever anyway I should think.

Not as good as suggested not seen any improvement in the dark circles under my eyes. Expensive but does the same as any other cream on the market
