This really really helps me tone my legs and give them definition! I can use it while sitting and watching tv. I’ve been doing lunges and squats for years but this thigh exerciser works parts of your legs that lunges and squats cannot reach. This is the little ‘extra’ exercise I needed to have perfect legs!

I was a Suzanne Somers Thighmaster user when they came out in the '90s. It was extremely sturdy and finally broke (while I was using it) earlier this year. This is not as sturdy and is thinner /smaller and not as substantial, so I worried about it slipping off when toning my thighs, but it doesn't. It is comfortable and stays put. I will use it every day, and I expect it to last quite some time. It definitely gives the resistance that I need.

I like it. I used to have the original Thigh Master and it was just too big and bulky for me. This one is smaller and works perfect. I am able to use it on my arms and well as legs. It is just easier to manage for my small arms. The tension is about right for my arms, but it does not have much resistance for my legs. I think it will depend on how strong you are as to whether the tension will be right for you. I am trying to work on my arms mainly, so this is great for me. It does not take up a lot of room to set beside my chair. I use it in the evenings while watching tv. For the price, I think it is a great value.

It's a lot smaller, less resistant but also a lot cheaper than the original, my original broke having many years of use I just went ahead and bought but kept this also for days might not have the energy and especially for a spare

I purchased this for my elderly neighbor, who has been struggling with her fitness. I understand that starting a new exercise routine can be challenging, but I believe this will definitely help her. She’s been working hard, even managing just 30 repetitions, and she really feels it in her thigh muscles. After a couple of weeks, she has already noticed that going up and down stairs is becoming a bit easier for her, which is wonderful to see. While there are no instructions included, I encouraged her to check out some YouTube videos, which can be very helpful for getting started. It's rewarding to see her making progress, and I'm hopeful she'll continue to improve.

This is problematic if you are on bedrest looking for other options, as the SuzanneSommers ThighMasterPlus/Gold is in limited quantities if at all since her passing and may cost over $70USAdollars (maybetrysomethinglikeEbaythoughTofindARealoneMoreAffordablyPriced). I tried it in position to work the upper arms which was still insufficient, but to get any thigh pressire at all, you have to use the device in an odd position with the purple flex point pointing up/above/away from your knees/thighs but this is the wrong position as the device is a bit too wide to place between the thighs with any ease in this way, however held correctly, there won't be any fitness/resistance tension at all. So, at best it's an awkward use device, but not at all functional as it's not normal to try to spread your legs that wide to use. And also, you don't get any quality of closing the thigh-fitness-tension like the real one marketed by brand ambassador Suzanne Sommers that still comes with the outterthigh bonus device. Overall the SigridZ thighmaster and the other generic models available definitely areNOT worth the investment. They don't actually work and provide NO fitness-tension at all as required for the proper movement to benefit. You can do chair pose and get results over time. Go for a mile long walk once a week or use a treadmill up to twice weekly. So, again, NO, This fitness Device Isn't Anything Like The Great 1990s Suzanne Somers Thighmaster Plus/Gold Models That Actually Worked Properly. And/but/NO, this one of a million type knockoffs/ fake thighMaster isn't actually worth it at all. Grade: F-minus; or ZERO Stars!

Great to use at home

Bought this product a few months back . It works perfect , Wear shorts as with tracky bottoms it slips a bit . Ive been using everyday , you WILL notice your legs firming up . You wont be disappointed with this product

Great way to tone up those thighs and glutes as well as any turkey arm waddles if you have them. Easy to use. Light weight and portable. An awesome product at a great price. RIP Suzanne Sommers
