Disclaimer: I was paid a whopping three bucks for an early review of this by Amazon. Even if I wouldn't have been paid the whopping three bucks, I'm telling you - I'd be giving you the same reviewI love this case, not only for its durability, but the thought that it was generally put behind it with respect to using the kickstand not only in horizontal, but vertical view as well!The only complaint that I have at this point, this is that it is slightly difficult to open the kickstand, but I think with more use, the ease would probably be better.The case is actually two pieces, with a molded light blue piece that is actually inserted into the larger part of the case. It's much better to use the molded piece around the phone first, and then insert it into the case. There is some concern about actually fitting the phone into the case because it's so tight. Overall however, the case itself is very solid!The entire case has a decent lip all the way around the phone, with there being slightly more of the lip at the top and bottom of the phone. Several other cases by other manufacturers that I currently have only have it where there's just a lip on the top and the bottom of the phone, and on the sides there's very little protection, if at all. This is actually noticeable not only by feel, but by sight as well.The case also gives pretty good protection around the camera on the back, as you can see in the pictures. Though, it does not obstruct any part of the camera at all, and you can tell that because the pictures were taken with the case on.With respect to durability to the case in it itself, I actually wash the case and switch it out with others for sanitary reasons - considering my vocation. A practice used well before covid.I usually immerse the case in hot soapy water, and use a washcloth to wipe it off really quick and then rinse it off with really hot water, then air dry. No discoloration has happened, and nothing has fallen apart in the process!I really believe this is one of the best cases for the Galaxy note 20 Ultra 5G! As a former OtterBox fanatic for past generations of Samsung Galaxy note phones, I can truly say that this beats OtterBox hands down not only for the value, but also for the durability.

I love this case. This is now my second one since the first one lasted about 4 years before it became too broken to allow button usage. This brand is amazing.

Strong Like A Jelly Perserve Jar trying to Open it...It's strong and good if you looking for a strong case...Now August 15th it have a little crack which I hate it but it still take care of the job...I gave it a 4 🌟 because of that I'm looking passed 6 months to a year till it give out...That just me...But it still hold protection 😄..This is my opinion and you need to see for yourself...I've order two of those...I got the pink one and he got the blue and his still holding on to dear life and his still looks good 👍🏽..Get this!!!!@

This case offers great protection for the phone. It is made well with hard rubber, plastic, and light metal to keep the phone safe. It is fairly easy to install, but a little harder to remove. I always had to get my husband to separate the rubber from the plastic. I believe this to be because the phone is so square at the edges and because the case is made so well. The only thing I wasn't thrilled about with this case is that it seemed to want to lift my screen protector. I could hear the protector pop from time to time while using it, but it never actually caused me any issues with the protector other than that, just so I'm clear. I will use this case again. I like to have different cases for different times. I would recommend it.

My phone (in the case) dropped from my hand a little over waist height after it hit my car door. Entire back was cracked and my screen blacked out. Thankfully got a protection on my phone so I have a newer one coming but I'll spend the extra on Otterbox as I have had zero issues even working in the service industry and outside a lot. If you don't do much or stay at home, go for it, but if you are in a position or job where your phone could be at any risk, don't buy this one.

Poetic cases are always my go-to product for all of the phones and tablets in our home (we own at least 6 currently). However, because the phone it was bought for (Galaxy Note 20 Ultra) has a unique CURVED screen, Poetic did not include a built-in screen protector into the design of this particular case. Not only that, the frame that surrounds the screen is not as protective (more like cheap plastic) than we have on all of our other Poetic cases. Because of this, there really should be a raised bumper around all four sides of the phone in the event the phone is dropped face down, but there is only a slightly raised bumper at the top and the bottom. I still love Poetic cases, but am really nervous about this one, since I drop my phone fairly frequently - - a habit I've allowed in the past in large part because of how well my other Poetic phone cases have worked. Guess I'm just going to have to be more careful with phone!

Great product affordable price I highly recommend it

This case wasn't actually my 1st choice, but it is WAY better than what my 1st choice was. Since the Note 20 Ultra is a big phone in general, a case with a kickstand is practically a godsend since it helps when out and about and your watching videos and such and you don't want to hold this huge phone in your hand the whole time. The kickstand fits seemlessly into the back of the case when not in use and the case itself is very sturdy and will definitely protect your phone from falls. To me I have big hands anyway so holding the phone in this case just feels natural and not gawdy, but it might be different for someone with small hands. All in all great case for the Note 20 ultra and love the kickstand.
