Looks good, works well, and very handy. I use it a lot. Perfect for rinsing the bathtub off also.

Nice addition to the shower to make cleaning easier I used an adapter to the water supply. I have.chrome which is nice The side is thin metal and not to be used as support The cord is metal cased Worth the money.

Materials feel a bit cheap. Works, but you need your own 1/2 inch NPT nipple. I used a 1/2 inch , 2 inch and that worked for me. The plastic cover has a slot on the bottom to take up the gap and adjust for different wall thicknesses and the where the end of the fitting is behind the wall. Measure thread length, add wall thickness, add 0.5 to 0.75 in. and you can estimate the nipple length. I bought a male hex cap to pressure test the thing because I hate leaks. You'll never know if it's leaking. Test first! Then finish the trim process.

My old slide bar style shower head broke and I didn't want to patch the old holes in the tile so needed something close to 25" between mounting holes. This model was advertised as 24 7/16" so I figured it would at least cover one of the old holes next to a new one. Thankfully, though it's not mentioned in the products specs or instructions, the T-mounts CAN be adjusted up to about 26" max to very close together if needed. Inside each T-mount there is a phillips set screw … just loosen it and slide one or both T-mounts to the desired width. In my case I was able reuse my old (slightly larger) stainless steel screws and existing wall anchors. My chrome hose connector matched well, so the whole install was super easy. I did remove the flow restrictor on the shower head. Just use needle nosed pliers an pull it straight out using one of the little tabs. (Make sure your pliers have a good serrated grip surface). Haven't showered with it yet but the flow seems good. Overall it looks great. Hose and shower head are pretty lightweight but look good and hopefully will last reasonably well. Another note: I originally ordered brushed stainless by mistake. On that model the slide bar was plastic. On chrome model I installed, the slide rod is metal … and was cheaper. (Yay!)

This is a lightweight cheap product. Don't even think about using it as a grab bar because it can barely support it's own weight with the cheap plastic hardware and retaining pieces. Delta makes good products, but this is not one of them.

Great investment for handicap people

The head delivers a superior showering experience. Installation was a breeze. Price is outrageous.

trim plate could be larger for shower stub out. way smaller than existing standard ones will need to patch/repaint. all in all good product

For the price I didn’t expect a cheap plastic hand piece - otherwise it works perfectly and looks lovely.
