Fortune soya chunks have been my absolute favourite for years. A versatile cooking staple that is low in fat and full of protein, it has helped a diabetic like me eat well without compromising with good taste. You can cook it any way you want, be it chinese or mughlai, and as long as you don't make it too rich, you'll have access to a good diet without having to empty your pockets. The texture is meaty, the softness when pressure cooked, is delectable. If you wash it in warm salty water, the chunks are fresh and flavourful. Definitely value for money.
