It’s ok.not bad
I never had good posture but it wasn’t so bad. The last few months I notice my posture haves become terrible! It was becoming embarrassing.I have a really good posture corrector but I only wear it when I’m home because i don’t like how it makes me look an if u put it under clothes it was still noticeable.so I wanted something I can wear when I went out in public.I wanted to wear my correct all day long but needed something I can feel comfortable with it for just going out .this is perfect.if u wear it under clothes it doesn’t appear noticeable.but I actually don’t feel uncomfortable wearing it over my clothes in public.of course this isn’t as great as the other one I have.but it still is a reminder for me to stay straight when I’m out.

Waste of money
This doesn’t work. It doesn’t really do anything to support my back or to help me from slouching. It only cost a few dollars so I’m assuming that is why. Still not worth it.
