Lotus Foods produces the best rice & ramen products on the market. I add diced cooked chicken and/or steamed mix vegetables for a really hearty and nutritional meal.

Decent
As a Celiac patient, I appreciate the Lotus Foods products because I'm able to enjoy gluten-free versions of foods I miss. Like ramen. I was curious about the noodle soup cups and wanted to try the Spicy Kimchi flavor. I was caught off guard by the freeze dried vegetables, expecting a packet of powder. Flavor-wise it wasn't bad though I did find the veggies slightly off-putting. I was able to enjoy with the addition of sriracha sauce as recommended by another reviewer. The noodles were great! Overall, I think the product is okay but could benefit by the improvement of the flavoring whether dehydrated or otherwise.

No idea why these have such bad reviews. These are delicious. I top mine with tofu, a bit of ketchup and sitacha and super yummy! The noodles are delicious

Bought these for the hubs. Hr said they're ok. They have very little flavor but got better after he added his own seasoning.
