LOVE my Renpho massager with remote control
This is my 2nd Renpho. I've had my other one for 2 1/2 years, and I use it almost daily for my sinus headaches. LOVE it! My first one was expensive, but it can no longer hold a charge, so it was time for a new one. I picked this one because of the remote control. I run mine on silent (HATE the voice!) and I don't always push the correct button to silence it. SO much easier to do with the remote. BUT my remote didn't work! I did EVERY trouble shooting suggestion- checked the battery on my charger check - and it was a good battery (blue light came on) and the blue tooth worked, but the remote did nothing to the device. I reached out to customer service and they told me to return it - and I did an Amazon swap for the same one - and got the new one today - and the battery was dead! Who knows how long it's sat in inventory - Amazon sells a 2 pack for $3, but we had one in our battery drawer and it works!! (YAY!!) I know my daughter is going to steal this when she comes home from college - so I think I'm going to order a 2nd one. It massages right where my head hurts - and the heat is amazing for allergy/headache suffers like me! My husband steals it sometimes, but it's more of a spa-experience for him, for me it's survival from constant migraines!

2 thumbs up!
Great product. It really does help relax and decompress after a long day at work. The fitment on the eye seems a bit off, like too low on the nose but It's nothing concerning, just a comment. My girlfriend and kids love it.

TLDR: It DOES help tremendously. Adjustments to the current model would be very nice.
I do love this mask! It helps my issues - which are "sinus migraines". When it's bad, strong meds won't touch the pain. A hair dryer treatment, and now this mask, does. I have complaints. Please note - they are petty. The mask is still worth having and using: #1) I have a deeply ingrained bias against machines that want to think for me - in this case, the automatic turn off. And you can not turn off the automatic turn off. I find it disruptive. #2) It DOES have a silent mode, but it's useless because you have to hear the machine talk for entirely too long, and the silent mode doesn't stay off for the next time you turn it on. I would be happy to never hear her voice, ever ever ever again. ...As long as the mask works otherwise! #3) Combination of the above. 95% of the time, the mask allows me precious, precious sleep. When it automatically turns off, that comes to an end. When the machine tells me goodbye, it is even further jarring. I want to dig that little voice box out with a miniature pick-ax. #4) As mentioned, my problem is "sinus migraines". It builds up and feels like my brain is being squeezed. The massage helps. I feel like it would help better if it would roll away from my eyes and nose, instead of toward. #5) I would love stronger heat (the highest setting could be a little higher for me). It's not weak, I just wish it were a little stronger. (Admittedly, I don't want burns!) And I would like a wider distribution of the heat. (Actually, now that I think about it, if it had wider distribution, stronger heat would be needed less.) #6) PLEASE put a switch on a future model. The buttons on it now, especially the on/off etc. button, is entirely too sensitive. (I turn it on before I put it on my head to avoid the loud and already-heard-a-million-times instructions, but so many times I have to re-do it because a hair passed over the button and it changes modes.) HM) I think it is also overpriced, but when desperate.... My husband says I look like I belong on the set of 'The Fly' when I wear it, but I can live with that. TLDR: It IS a wonderful machine. It DOES help tremendously. Adjustments to the current model would be very nice. 💜

Surprising good if you adjust it
Surprising good if you adjust it. What seems to work is to make it pretty tight and then just use it on its normal pressure not the max pressure that way it does a good job on your temples without hurting your eyeballs. The music plays by default is cheesy and irritating so each time you use it, you have to press the music button twice separated by like five seconds, in order to mute it. the way you switch the main modes is unintuitive and when you turn it on, it's not in the mode do you think it is, it's missing the vibration. So it is a little fussy. This is exacerbated by having the buttons be so ridiculously hypersensitive that it's easy to accidentally press them when you don't mean to. However overall, I think it's a good device and the heat and the pressure on the temp, etc. honestly, I didn't expect pressure on the temples but it's just what I needed. I've had it for like a year and I sometimes forget about it and then I start having eye strain and I start using it again, it's a nice treat. Plus, I'm probably not the only one who needs a little break from reading, phone and iPad and computer screen, and so it's also a way of forcing you to take a break. So like if in the afternoon, you need to rest your eyes it's a good choice because if you just step away from your computer, but keep using your phone, you haven't really given your eyes a full break. Oh, by the way, the remote control is kind of useless, because when you're wearing the thing you can't use either the buttons on it or the remote blindly; it's probably handy if you're at a salon and the person who's not wearing, it is pressing the buttons to configure it, but for solo use, it's not really handy.

Best massager of the seven that I've tried!
I somehow never even knew these existed until recently seeing them here on Amazon...and I just HAD to have one. I work in IT so I'm on computers all day, every day. So naturally I end many days with strained eyes and sometimes headaches. First off, I would tell people that it can be tough to find one of these that fits just right while also having the features/modes you prefer, along with a quiet motor. AND vibration that doesn't bother you. Everyone is built differently tho so that was just my experience and challenge. But I'm 5'10 175 lbs and I think I have an average sized face, so take that FWIW :) So I first ordered the Lifepro, but it seemed too narrow to cover above and below my eyes without uncomfortably adjusting it constantly. So I then ordered the SlimPal, which was much better, but the fit wasn't quite right and I had to adjust it down on my face too far because of how the pressure was distributed so it hurt the bridge of my nose. So after seeing that this was gonna be a trial type situation I spent two days looking at almost every one of these things here on Amazon...because I thought the right one would probably really help me a lot. So I just decided to order the four that I liked best going by the descriptions/features, and really only glanced over the reviews since many of the negative ones were for crazy reasons that were more user related and not the product. So I tried the EyeSee, NexPure, EyeCare, and the newer Star Trek looking Renpho with the shiny visor that you can see thru that's listed as the "Newer version" of this one. I found that the ones that have the extra layer attached that the air is pumped into are by far the most comfortable and are softer around the bridge of the nose, which makes them "just fit" without really any adjustments. But none of them were nowhere near as good as this one. It has the quietest motor and air release, and while most of them just pumped air to the temples and "somewhat" near my sinuses on the side of my nose where I want it, that's ALL they did was alternate back n forth in those two places. THIS one also does that 4-5 times, but then it starts applying random pressure all around the eyes and sinuses like an actual massage to the point it honestly feels like shiatsu type pressing and moving across the area at the same time like actual fingers. The motor and air is quiet, and the vibration and heat is the best of them all by far. The remote is also kinda handy since it's easier to use than the buttons on the device itself. It's working wonders for me and none of the others can even come close to comparing to it. I love it. I very rarely write reviews so hopefully this all made a little sense at least :) but if you're thinking about getting one of these things, I would definitely try this one out first.

Massage and heat feel great, too loud to be relaxing
Other reviews commented that this mask was very quiet, so I trusted that. Not sure what their scale is for quiet, but it's definitely not the same as mine. I can barely hear the music over the motor on this mask, and the motor sound is distracting. I thought it would be a consistent hum that I could consider white noise in the background, but it is anything but consistent: rises and falls, pauses, starts again, and on and on. The eye doctor told me I need to use heat on my eyes for at least 10 minutes 1-2 times a day, and I thought this would be a great solution. The mask she recommended is one that you heat in the microwave for 30 second. Then gingerly carry it from the kitchen to the bedroom because it is extremely hot when you first pull it out. By the time I get to the bedroom, it's the perfect temperature, but within 5 minutes, it's room temperature at best. So many inconveniences that I thought would be resolved with this Renpho mask, and adding the massage was just a bonus. In truth, it does much better than the microwavable mask, especially if I use it just for heat (no sound at all with this mode). Renpho mask has 3 modes and then a couple different combinations of them: heat, massage and vibration, with or without music, either Renpho music or Bluetooth your own. Heat feels amazing, massage feels great, and vibration feels like a giant WHY? - tried it once and won't bother again. Music at its lowest level is perfect for heat only, at max volume to overcome the sound of the motor when the massage is on. Haven't tried the Bluetooth option yet, so can't speak to that one. Battery life was a common complaint with other reviewers, and I can see why. Battery lasts a long time if you use heat only, but if you use the heat and massage, you will get 2 maybe 3 uses before you need to recharge. I simply plug it into the charger every morning and it's ready to use that night. For all the good features, the loudness of the motor is really a problem. At first, I thought it was just a minor annoyance for me, because the first time I used it was on the living room couch after my husband had already gone to bed. The next night, I decided to use it in bed. My husband was already sound asleep and snoring. I put the mask on and started it, and he immediately woke up and cursed me for waking him. His first complaint was the music, which I quickly muted, but then he complained about the sound of the motor. Even with the music on mute, the motor is loud enough to wake him from a dead sleep, so I'm back to using this on the couch only. I really wanted this to be something I could use to relax at bedtime and then just drift off, but that simply isn't possible when it is loud enough to disrupt my husband's sleep (on the other side a king bed, no less). Just be aware that this is by no means a quiet machine and it WILL disturb people near you.

Works Great, Worth Every Penny!
I bought this because during the winter, my eyes can get extremely dry and I heard that applying heat helps. I must say, this is a cool gadget! Some people complain about the battery because you can only use it a few times before needing to charge it (I believe I was able to use it 3 or 4 times before needing to charge it). Bit considering how much work this does, it's surprising it doesn't need to be charged more than it does. Just charging it every few times after using it is not a huge deal. This has a feature to connect it to your phone so you can listen to music while it does it's thing, which is a neat feature. You can listen to something that helps you relax while your eyes and temples get massaged. It has a remote too, so that's helpful while you're using it, then you don't have to worry about touching the wrong button on the headset. You can conveniently hit a button on the remote to control whatever you'd like to change. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised how well this worked. I used it when I had a migraine and this definitely helped make it go away. So happy I purchased this, worth every penny to me!

Totalement conquise

massaggiatore oculare molto piacevole e rilassante
