what shoes do I need for my 1990 ford ranger 2.3L 4x2?

Will these fit a 1993 Ford Ranger with 10" drums? I ask because the last review said that the fitment wasn't correct for the vehicle listed.

No these will not fit your truck. For your 10" you need Z169R.
