My gf loves this laptop, it works great. The outside had a silver vinyl wrap or sticker covering it, so I'm not sure if it was scratched, but that's how they sell them refurbished I guess. Battery life is good and everything worked perfectly.

We bought this laptop as a gift for our 12yr old son and he did not follow the set up instructions provided by United PC Tek. We called their customer support, I had the pleasure of speaking with Tony and he kindly guided me through the issues. For a tech challenged mom, this made a world of difference.

Very sleek, clean and light laptop. Has all the bells and whistles. Plugged in charger and it broke. Could not hold a charge, the pins inside charging port are fragile andist be careful when plugging charger into the port. Had to return.

About 2 months ago, I purchased this laptop and so far everything seems great. It's everything I could of excepted.

I’m disappointed for many reasons regarding this computer. The listing says it’s a 2023 model but when I received it something didn’t seem correct. It looked older and performed like an older computer. I checked the serial number and it Came back being a 2019 computer. I emailed the business and they didn’t seem to care. Just responded “thanks for letting us know” and to return it if I wanted to. So my advise to anyone thinking of ordering, be very mindful of this and to check the product very well when you receive it.

My son needed a computer for a specific course. The computer is very efficient and perfectly meets the requirements needed to host my kids software for his class. I would definitely purchase it again.

I want the missing parts for my laptop. I received an HP Elitebook G6 16GB RAM, 237GB SSD.

When reading the description, I guess I missed reading where it mentioned it was "Renewed". I was a little disappointed in myself for missing that but, was very pleased when I opened it to see it was in pristine condition and in good working order. Great for what I need it for at a good price point!

Came 2 days earlier than the estimated shipping. Only one minor dent and two scratches, but otherwise, it came as brand new. It has been almost a week now, and I have only had one problem, in that the bottom taskbar wasn't opening, but that was fixed with a quick restart. I am mainly using this for light gaming purposes, and have not yet tested a full battery life without the charger, but if you are gaming, expect the battery to quickly drain from 100-0 in 1 1/2 hour(s)

The best laptop ever

Worked great for 8 months, now it won't wake from sleep majority of the time and I have to hold the power button for 10 seconds to get it to hard reboot. It will also freeze, crash, or reboot itself periodically. Not pleased.
