Reduced pad irritation from other brands
These have been really great for me as I was dealing with pad irritation from Always pads. It might be the cotton or the lack of wings on these pads. This has saved my postpartum recovery and sanity

These are Huge
Sadly, I need daily incontinence protection, and I really do like Rael's products. But their "Long" size is rather short and barely enough coverage for my needs, and these "Moderate" size are HUGE pads -- for fitting inside your undies. Rather bulky and uncomfortable. I can't imagine how anyone would even begin to fit their size labeled "Ultimate!" I'd be very happy if they had a size in between Long and Moderate. The photos of the 4 sizes seems inaccurate, as my experience is that there's a bigger difference than you can see in the photos. I also have issue with the wrapping/adhesive: It is 100% impossible to reuse the wrapping because it is stuck so firmly to the strip that keeps the adhesive from sticking to things & it all tears up while unwrapping. It's disappointing not to be able to reuse the wrapping to rewrap and dispose of the old pad while replacing with a new one.

Perfect Size! Cotton so comfortable!
The moderate are the right size. I originally got their "long" ones and they were too small and had to use 2 of those. The MODERATE size is bigger than the long and are the perfect size. And once you use organic cotton pads you will not go back to mainstream pads. Note: no wings. Thank goodness! I hate wings on pads!!

Disappointing! Uncomfortable, poor design, and too expensive!
Iโm quite disappointed with these pads. The fabric, whatever it is, that extends around the perimeter of each pad is stiff and unpleasant when in contact with skin. The much-vaunted โorganic cottonโ feels nothing like cotton, so if it is indeed organic cotton, itโs wasted on these. The plastic package surrounding each pad is an example of very poor design. Itโs difficult to find the open edge to pull, then takes too much effort for arthritic hands just to open a tiny light plastic packet. It could be much easier to do. And, as others have mentioned, having the paper strip that covers the adhesive strip on the back of each pad be affirmatively GLUED DOWN tight to the inside of the plastic wrapper is incomprehensible. It is tightly glued in 3 separate places. Why?? By gluing the paper strip to the plastic wrapper, it makes taking that plastic wrapper off more difficult than it has any reason to be. Itโs awkward, then leaves you holding an odd combination of conjoined plastic and paper in your hand. This makes it impossible to recycle the paper strip. AND it prevents using the empty plastic wrapper to cover the pad for subsequent disposal. In sum, itโs needlessly wasteful in TWO separate ways! The foolishly wasteful design of these wrappers makes me question whether this is, in fact, a women-designed product? Of course, thereโs no necessary connection there, but given how many women have expressed frustration in these reviews about their inability to use the empty plastic wrapper for eventual disposal of used pads, Iโm reminded that women often tend to be rather oriented toward a โre-usableโ mindset. Probably more than men? No, itโs not necessarily the case, but Iโd bet thereโs a hint of truth there somewhere. I also canโt imagine why the designers of these pads, of whatever gender, didnโt notice how thin and scratchy the gathered edging around the pad feels. Itโs not subtle! And thereโs no discernible difference between front and back on the โmoderateโ size I purchased. Maybe thereโs not meant to be one? Okay. If so, something on the package should say that and save us trouble looking. The absorbency of the โmoderateโ version is not impressive. I donโt know how it measures up against the volume itโs represented to hold. But I donโt want to be obliged to wear a physically longer pad in order to get decent absorption. Why must those go together so automatically? Iโve been using a very inexpensive brand of incontinence pads that do a good job. The brand, Wise, gets very low ratings for reasons that escape me. The material is softer, the absorbency is superior, and although the cover material doesnโt purport to be made of โorganic cottonโ, I havenโt read anything on their site or package that suggests to me that itโs apt to be toxic. Not that Iโm qualified to sort through the various terms that get used so loosely in describing these products. Like organic cotton. Iโll bet a quarter that the surface on the Rael brand gets called that on the basis of some narrow technicality. So I canโt recommend this brand to anyone. I had hoped to find something better than the Wise brand, thatโs just okay, but the alternatives Iโve plowed through donโt really seem better, just more expensive based on their own hype alone.

very dry soft and comfortable
I have tried many, many, many products for light bladder leaks. I sneeze and leak. I laugh and leak. Iโm not incontinent, but after having kids, these little surprises are just part of life. Finding these Rael pads has been a game changer. They keep me noticeably dry for hours, are incredibly comfortable, and donโt feel bulky. As an added bonus, my young daughter has also used them during her period because they provide so much coverage. Theyโve worked really well for both of us.

Don't waste your money
These are the worst incontinence pads I've ever used. Yes, they are soft, organic and Cotton based, but they are twice as wide as the crotch area of most underwear. As a result they bunch in the area that they are supposed to protect! The adhesive strips to hold them in place are so thin that they render them useless, also resulting in uncomfortable bunching of the pad. These are not cheap and I expected higher quality than the everyday common pads! I will never purchase these again and don't recommend them.

Lovely product au natural
It was nice to be able to breathe in my nether regions. No itching, no dyes, no perfumes, nothing unnatural. Really liked them. I need something more absorbent though.

Just amazing!
Great size and work really well. I love this brand! I also buy period pads from them. So soft and very comfortable. Poured half a glass of water on it and it soaked it right up and no leaking even when I was squeezing hard! This will definitely keep you secure and confident even if you have a little accident when your pelvic floor is not as strong as it used to be and you donโt make it to the bathroom in time. I know it saved me multiple times:)

I have been using the moderate & the ultimAte for quick a while now.an update:..too wide..
good hygienic product. only fault really: they do bunch up & no matter how much you stretch them out, they do go back to that shape....so does not cover as much because of that. JUST DO NOT MAKE THEM AS WIDE AND THANKS.
