Does not mix well, ended up chewing clumps of powder. The serving size is 3 scoops (100g) which means this will last 5 days only. Not worth the money

(Updated )was using too much, one scoop with 600 ml milk seems to be the perfect drink I changed my mind actually love it now. Only would be a little pricey seeing as you can buy a huge family bag of mana a lot cheaper works out, which will basically be the same.
