Different and poorly made product when buying multiples
Ordered a set to verify quality before buying all of them. Were as expected and worked well.Proceeded to order more assuming the exact same product, right? (Used the Amazon buy again) Nope. Got a different version that is poorly made from various perspectives.1. Shelves weren’t correct dimensions so they wouldn’t fit the frame2. Frame was very flimsy3. Second level of posts would not support any weight (totally different mechanism to support the second level too)Waste of time

Terrible product
I bought two units, thinking these would be great for the basement. However, the materials are inferior garbage. When you buy shelving units for a garage or basement, one of the primary purposes is to LIFT THINGS OFF THE GROUND. sometimes 6 inches. Placing the bottom shelf a few inches off the ground, however, was apparently too much stress on the "metal" (maybe aluminum foil is a better word?) that this is made of. When i tried to make a tiny adjustment and move it 1 cm toward the wall, all four legs immediately bent and crumpled under the weight of 1 empty suitcase. The assembly is extremely annoying and challenging, because they have discontinued the couplers that are supposed to join the bottom and top part of the vertical elements, so you have to line up the 2mm thick corner pieces and hold them in place while hoping you don't slip and badly injure yourself. The particle board shelves are basically sawdust and a tablespoon or so of glue, and disintegrate immediately at the corners, no matter how gently you try to soothe the shelves in place. no backing or waterproofing of any kind, which is weird considering these are intended for garage/basement use. The only way i can think of that they could make this a worse product, is if maybe all the metal parts were also razor sharp or if were covered in black widows or maybe poison frog venom when it arrived.

DON'T BUY UNLESS YOU HAVE TO
ITEM DOES NOT MATCH IMAGE OR MANUALMissing couplers which means your middle shelf had to become the coupler, preventing it from being adjusted and limiting the overall spacing between shelves. Also if you are using a shelf as a coupler, you would expect them to have designed it for easy installation. NO NO NO you would be wrong. These shelves are the most annoying I've ever had to install. You have to precariously balance the top leg, the short an and the long arm all while slinging a rubber mallet... Off by an 1/8th? Do it all again it the top shelf won't be able to hold the right weight.Other things:Shelves are flimsy (which is probably in the description so you shouldn't be surprised). The metal actually seems pretty solid.Fast shipping. Shipping was way faster than expected. If it wasn't for the virus, I would have bought substantially better shelves for $20/shelf cheaper at a big box store.

Extreme Difficulty Putting Unit Together
This shelving unit is awful. It is horrendous to put together. The button protrusions on the braces and beams are not out enough to catch both posts when attaching the top posts to the bottom posts. On top of it, at least half of the posts are slightly bent at the ends so that with the short protrusion, it is impossible to get the buttons to catch through both posts. And because you are unable to adequately lock the beams and brackets to the posts, when you bump one, the whole thing falls apart. Unfortunately, I took the unit out of the box which I recycled prior to putting together so I can't even send it back. Very frustrating.

Good Product, Tough to Assemble
While these selves work great in my garage, I was surprised to find how tough they were to assemble alone. The initial two shelves were fine. But when it came to adding the upper posts to the bottom posts, things went south fast. It took me over an hour of gentle persuasion and careful balancing to get all four upper posts to lock into place with the lower posts along with the horizontal braces--all 12 pieces have to line up at once (trying to do them one at a time proved impossible) before using the rubber mallet to lock them all into place. Multiple tries resulted in repeated collapses of all the upper pieces, only having to start all over again. The instructions don't tell you how to do this. You just have to figure it out on your own through trial and error.

WARNING: NOT ALL PARTS INCLUDED
No where in the description does it say the couplers are not included. This is ridiculous. I now had to spend another $75 for 8 couplers. I will never purchase from this company again. I can’t speak for the sturdiness as I can’t even finish putting them together until the other parts arrive. This unit is a bait and switch, buyer beware.

Frustrating shelves cannot be put together like in the photos.
The shelves cannot be constructed as portrayed in the photos without ”couplers” (which are not included in the package!). The couplers are required to give the shelf additional height. Found this out after a few frustrating hours trying to put them together. The couplers sold separately for $65. Would not order them.again.
