great saddle some wizard magic....
I've gone through a few saddles, this is my second season with MTB, riding a 2022 marin rift zone 3, swapped the saddle for a specalized that was super soft but ugly as sin, then swapped that for the wittkop because it had steller reviews, I liked the wittkop but my bum had other opinions on the matter. I ordered this one, it feels harder than all 3 of the other saddles (marin, specalized, and wittkop) and I disliked that it felt so hard, however my bum had other opinions and this seat is the one! Perfect on my sit bones, I've put in two 8 mile MTB rides, a few 7 mile road/gravel rides, and just cruising in the park rides with the Misses. My bum has never been happier. Color choices are epic, fit and finish is epic. Some reviews said they were creaky after a few rides but mine is not, I've jumped with it, rode some serious roots on the seat and it absorbs things very nicely, clearly SDG has some high operative wizards performing magic spells on these saddles because they should not feel this good based on my fingers opinions, but when your bum is happy it's a whole different ride! Disclaimer: I'm 5'10" 190lbs and a science teacher, not all sit bones are the same, so you'll have some trial and error finding the seat for you but don't give up and give this one a shot.

Pretty comfortable
Over the past few days I've put about 30 miles on my bike with this saddle and before that, there were several shorter 5-6 mile rides. I've found this saddle to be pretty comfortable for the position I'm in on my mountain bike. It's not too narrow and very stiff with just the right amount of padding. I would definitely recommend it for shorter trips, if I were to go any further I'd much rather use my brooks saddle.

Rear-lly good saddle
I wanted a softer ride on my new Trek Marlin 8 without having to buy a “comfort” shaped saddle. This saddle may feel hard but it is extremely comfortable once you ride on it. The red option matches my bike perfectly and adds a nice touch too. Excellent for the price!

Nice saddle
This is my 2nd Bel-Air saddle. Still have the V2 on another bike and it’s still in great shape. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it’s just not as comfy as some of the newer ergonomic saddles in the market. I bought this because I trust the brand’s durability and the accent color matches the color of the SDG grips.

Great seat
My husband loves it and says it is much more comfortable to sit on them the stock seat that came with his mountain bike.I will say it is definitely easier to have two people to install the new seat, as it is quite difficult to do. Well worth the trouble though☺️

I replaced my stock saddle with this and now I'm a SDG fanboy for life.
So many different saddles out there, and they all have great reviews at a variety of price points. I saw less reviews for SDG then I would have expected, but when I learned they have been around forever, I figured they were a solid company and worth trying.I have been using this saddle now for 6 months, I absolutely love it. I went from sore ass to kick ass, and even on long climbs, I have little complaints. I will always ride this saddle going forward.Side note, my son bought a YT enduro bike, and it came with this saddle too, and now he is a convert. Its worth checking out if you are in the market for a new seat.

I have this saddle on all of my bikes and find it to be very comfortable when riding, yet still lightweight!

Comfortable
So I buy myself this saddle after googling "what is the most comfortable mountain bike saddle?" and getting this one as a result. Expensive, but hey, my butt deserves the best I say. So I spend the money, fully expecting to be disappointed. So, it arrives, and I install it, and go for a ride..... Ya know what? The damn thing is pretty damn good! And comfortable! I can't believe it. Somehow, I got what I paid for (which you rarely do these days). So, happy customer! So yeah, expensive, but glad I made the purchase.

Saddle lasted 2 months before it started badly creaking.
Used about 8 times then started creaking which got worse as the ride went on. Was cycling the Ridgeway and the noise made it extremely enduring. The 45 miles that day caused it to fail. It looks like rails at the front are glued into the saddle and a combination of a poor design, wrong/low quality glue or not enough glue caused movement and creaking !Sent back for a refund !
