Lovely make up

I love this setting powder. It lays really well on foundation and concealer. I’ve always erred away from powder as it can look cakey on my dry skin but this one leaves my skin looking flawless and doesn’t dry it out or go into creases. It really does give your skin a lovely glow and sets make up for all day.

This is the fourth 'glow' setting powder I tried - life was so much easier when I wanted my powder to be matt! The first three were too metallic-looking; I want dewy, not glittery. The elf Halo Glow does have a gold shimmer, but it's subtle. It's a very fine-textured powder that does achieve a blurring effect without settling into lines and creases. The very expensive options are probably better, but I'm sticking with this. It does a decent job at a great price.

Good on the face, but can be a little drying around the eyes and settles into lines.

Very lightweight silky fine powder . A good match for my fair skin . Also I found it gave a great finish only aging skin which some finishing powders can appear dry and dull . This one doesn’t in my experience as it’s very silky smooth with and ever so slight luminous finish . Only grumble is the way that the tub is designed with half the inner lid with holes in the dispense out the powder . I found it to be all or nothing when trying to get some out .

Wish I had found this powder sooner! Just as good if not better than expensive branded powders which I have used in the past.

Tip or Suggestion for Future Buyers: For the best results, apply the powder with a soft brush in light sweeping motions and avoid overloading to maintain that natural glow effect. Ideal for those who want to set their makeup without dulling the complexion.
