Doesn't seem as if these mugs are dishwasher safe.There is a tiny hole at the base which may allow the inside wall to become foggy with condensation if put in d/w so I've been hand washing them

I used these for myself, but just used them at a dinner party. It really kept the drinks hot. I use it with my Nespresso, so the layers of creme are visible and presents well. I do take great care when handling and cleaning as they seem fragile.

I love this coffee/tea mug! The coffee, or tea, stays hot but your fingers and hands do not feel the heat.

Does the job I wanted them for. Keeps my tea hot long enough for me to finish it. Hated the way I had to gulp it down or drink lukewarm tea.

When I received these mugs, they were shattered in the box. They look nice in the pics though

They are incredibly light and the nest pretty well in each other.

Two of four cracked and broken in less than a week: (1) tapped counter slightly when removing from dishwasher (2) after washing by hand, while wiping slight pressure to the handle snapped it. Handle is overly extended for proper strength. Poor design--pure and simple.

Okay, I'll go first. I have had these mugs for about two weeks now. I am very happy with them. I read all the other reviews of other glass mugs and people having problems with them breaking or the seals between the out and inner glass going bad.First, they appear very well made and have the logo Apaviata on them which Google translate says it's Romanian for water life. This makes sense because the company says they donate 15% of profits to establishing clean water systems in third world countries.Anyway, I have poured water that is still boiling directly into the mugs with no issues. I usually try and hit the bag with the water, but I don't think that makes a difference. I keep my home relatively cool in the winter at around 65-67 degrees, so that's the ambient air temperature the glass is at when poured. I treat these like Riedel wine glasses. Because the glass is thin and they're very light. If you've ever owned Riedel you know they're fragile as eggs and too expensive to be replacing especially after everyone has had several glasses.I hand wash the mugs, being careful not to hold on to the handle as I don't want to snap it off as other reviewers have experienced with some more expensive mugs. I can't really find a seam at the top of the mug so I don't expect there will be any problems with condensation building up on the inside walls. Heat dissipates pretty quickly so drink up if you like it hot.Hopefully this review will help some of you that have had problems with glass mugs before or don't try them because you think they're going to break. I'm sure they will if you aren't careful. The price is certainly decent for two and I can't find a single thing wrong with them. Plus they do look cool especially if you get some exotic herbal teas like Tea Forte.
