I'm a big believer in probiotics. I believe the right probiotics can protect or restore our gut biome, thus helping us resist disease of any kind. I tried various probiotics before I finally found this brand, which works well for me. (You may experience different results because we all have a different gut biome, so I can only speak for myself.) I once had a vocal instructor who was 90 years old and never ill. He didn't even catch a cold. When I asked him what he used to stay healthy and vital, he told me he was sure it was due to taking a good multivitamin daily as well as a good probiotic. I began taking probiotics when I simply wasn't feeling my best. While they don't work overnight (that's really asking too much), I found this brand did help me feel significantly better in less than two weeks. I felt more rested, more alert, stronger, and just plain healthier. I was suffering from a stubborn infection when I began these probiotics, and though I can't prove it, I believe they helped me to finally recover, thank goodness. Now, I take these every day in an effort to ward off anything bad before it can take hold and make me feel awful. I think it's great that these probiotics do not need refrigeration as long as it isn't raging hot in the house, and that they come in individual packets. It makes them much easier to take with you if you're going to be traveling. I do keep mine in the refrigerator, though. I find them so necessary to my health and well-being that I don't want to chance ruining the delicate probiotics with heat of any kind. Even the sun shining through a window is bad for them. I also take a prebiotic to prepare my gut for the best absorption of probiotics. If you're looking for a good probiotic, I don't think you can go wrong with Go Live! I love them and will keep taking them as long as the company keeps making them.

I came across this probiotic while looking for ways to restore my gut balance after a course of antibiotics. At that time, I was experiencing cramps, bloating, and changes in stool consistency and regularity. My doctor explained that antibiotics can disrupt gut flora, so adding a probiotic was recommended as part of my recovery. What immediately caught my attention was the unusual format — small individual packets with powder that can be dissolved in a drink. After researching further, I was impressed by the ingredient list: 15 billion CFU per packet (not per box, like many other products), L-glutamine (promised to support gut lining repair), vitamin D3 (essential for colon health), and galacto-oligosaccharides — a prebiotic fiber that promotes the growth of beneficial bacteria. Much of this information was new to me, which made me even more interested in trying it. I started taking one packet daily before bed, mixing it with water. It dissolves quickly and tastes like dry milk. I didn’t experience any side effects, and it worked well as part of my overall recovery plan. Over time, I gradually noticed improvement in my digestion and continue to use it occasionally. I wouldn’t call these drawbacks, but I do have a couple of unanswered questions: • Does the probiotic survive stomach acid? (I know capsules are often designed to help with this.) • How much L-glutamine is included in the 1 g proprietary blend? I’d like to better understand its contribution. Overall, this isn’t a fast-acting or highest-CFU probiotic, but it’s an effective, gentle, and easy-to-take product with an excellent ingredient profile. I would definitely recommend it.

I had been having stomach pain for quite some time. It started in my upper abdomen down my left side all the way through my colon. I had been considering calling my Gastro dr. and Setting up an appointment for a colonoscopy. I had been having unusual bowel movements for quite some time. Something had been going on in my gut for quite a long time. I have had three colonoscopies over the last 10 years, never had any polyps only mild diverticulitis. He recommended that I take probiotics and psyllium on a daily basis however I had not taken his advice in several years. I think I should have listened to him. Well I purchased these after looking around at all of the different pro and pre-biotics and this one had some of the best reviews and a higher percentage in the five stars reviews. Even in the lower ratings no one ever complained of this product making them sick like some of the other ones I read. And it only makes sense that a freeze dried form would be better than capsule form. This product started working for me in Two days. I took it every day for a week and I could see a definite change in my bowel movements and the quality and now I am taking it every other day and trying to get down psyllium fiber. I have not had any pains in my intestinal track or colon after I started this product. Now I’m afraid not to take it. It has really been good to me. I am also drinking kambucha Tea several times a week which helps boost things along. Mixing the Ginger tea with cranberry juice is delicious. I will be purchasing this product on a regular basis as I feel 100% better. Well it’s been about a month since I started this wonderful product. I couldn’t be happier with the results. My constant misery seems to be gone. Most importantly is not to take it for granted and stay on track.

I took one every other day and it feels like I lost a pant size, gut health is great I guess. Only con is that it’s a bit expensive , but it is very easy to mix !
