This book gave me great insight into how to better connect with my customers. In a constructive and positive way the book points out so many of the typical mistakes that we make in sales and tells us how to handle situations to get a positive response from the customer. That for each chapter you can scan the code and see a video on the EJ4 site that demonstrates what to do and not to do is great! Reflecting on my own selling skills I think that too often I lost sight of the fact that to win I had to first satisfy the needs of my customers and not my own needs and those of my company. I'm so glad I found this book. If you are in sales no matter what industry this book is a must to read and to keep as a reference.
