I tried using an existing fiber cable, but it failed. It comes with a fiber optic cable that works properly. My headphones generally need more volume to work well, so I could use an inline amp to get what I want. I would buy it again if needed.

Needed to get audio signal to headphones to hear TV (with only TOS audio output) over the noise of our exercise machines without blasting the house. Works, but a little more volume would be nice. Still a good deal for the price.

The 3.5mm stereo audio out port on my television went out and I needed a way to connect my TV to my stereo 1990’s era amplifier that only has analog inputs. After connecting this to optical out, I changed my Samsung TV’s audio output to PCM from Bitstream and it immediately worked. Make sure to tweak the audio delay on your tv’s advanced settings to get the sound to sync with the video. I still occasionally use a VCR and I was worried my coax connection to the TV wouldn’t output audio through the optical digital out, but that worked too! If at first the volume output is low, turn the volume wheel on the side. Turning that up to max fixed it for me.

Works great for earbuds. Connected by coax to my TV. Nicely finished, aluminum case. Works fine powered by an old cell phone charger. Manual says it only needs 100ma max, vs. 1A indicated in the description. Did not use the fiber optic in or the RCA outs. No regrets.

While it definitely works, the digital cable is now stuck in the back of my TV. Not sure if that's the product's fault or my older TV's. You also will not be able to use the remote's volume unless you're able to change your TV's audio settings, which we were able to do. The audio sounds off to us though, and we're using proper bass speakers. Might need adjustments.

I have a Phillips TV with just optical out, this device helped me connect my tv to my old stereo. Powered it with the USB on the tv and didn't need an adapter, It came with all the cables needed. Check out youtube for some helpful instructions.

So I have a 4K Samsung TV, which has no 3.5 mm jack. This was a shock to me because it never occurred that it wouldn’t be included. Now I can feed my TV audio to a mixer and hear the output. This device works well. I have owned this product for a couple of weeks. Passed all my initial testing. no issues so far.

PROZOR 192k Digital to Analog Converter works great for what I am using it for. I have an older Samsung television that does not have a headphone jack out and this device was easy to hook up and the volume control on the side makes it perfect for my need. I can watch a program and have the tv volume on zero and with the headphones I can listen to my program without disturbing anyone. I am very satisfied with the PROZOR 192k Digital to Analog Converter and it meets my needs completely. Shipping was on time. Again, for how I use this device, it meets my needs.

I have a Nakamichi Space 8 which I love because of its decent sound and 5 CD changer. But this unit does not have a HDMI input. I was thinking of buying a soundbar for my panasonic digital TV when I came across this Prozor converter. It came with all cables needed and now I can enjoy musical programs on my TV in stereo and with sufficient bass. Highly recommend it

Needed to add headphone plugin to a new tv with optical audio output only. Make sure you set the tv's optical out to pcm or it wont work at least with my setup.

New TV has an optical audio output which new to me. This little device had all the necessary cables to get my headphones working. Quality of sound is great, no hum or static at all. Volume control is a real bonus for me. All I needed was a spare USB charging block. Thanks for making it simple.
