Perfect for home use
It is simple amd fast to use. Heat up your wax beads on max high, once it's liquid form, I bring the heat down to just on and it becomes a little thicker and not as hot to apply to your face. It is stringy and it's annoying but it works. Got rid of my mustache. A few spare hair were left which I then plucked. It does can get messy so I would advise to cover the outer part with foil and just use a small amount of bead that you will need for whatever you are waxing. Cleaning the little pail is nearly impossible. I tried and the cold wax can be chipped off but some stuff needs some oil to be removed. Or you can just keep it and it will remelt with the new wax beads the next time you use it. I am a neat freak so that bothers me as does mixing the colors of wax, but that is a personal thing.

Saves you money
Listen to me ladies or gents, this will save you so much money in the long run. Now you can wax at home like you the pro this time! It honestly is tricky the first couple of times you try siding it but watch some YouTube videos and you should get the hang of it in no time

Good to start with
The wax warmer is perfect cause it lets you select the temp. It comes with mini dishes for the wax. And the wax beads them selfs are good to start with they are very strongly scented. And the sprays are good to start with but would recommend getting different types in the future as well as different size sticks and powder.

It came with everything it said it would
It came with everything it was supposed to but the oils and spray had leaked everywhere in the box and made a big mess and I wasn't able to use the oil and spray because there was non left in the bottles

The media could not be loaded. It was packed well however, the prep sprays did leak and the pot was greasy to the touch. There was still some product left in the bottles but it made a little mess.

stopped working
I used it three times and now it won't heat up the most it goes up to is 131 and it keeps getting lower the more I use it. The wax that came with is such bad quality. Now it won't even melt the wax fully, don't get it it's a waste of money.

Easy to use
Wax isn’t very strong so you’ll have to get better or do a lot of stripping lol other than that wax melter itself works great 👍🏽
