Purchased two.These are not only cute and modern, but also allow you to enter so much detailed information on the QR code profile page.I entered each of my Dog's Picture, Name, Age, Address, phone numbers, and contact names. There's enough space to also enter any allergies or special notes. Highly recommend it. Its also made well so believe it will last.I was also able to create a admin page on the company's website for two pets. So, don't have to log on to multiple portals. This is convenient.

The tag works for me. Only problem is logging in to change some of the contact information. I don’t have access to the email I originally used and can’t reset the password. Now I have to buy a new one of these. Wish you could reset password by phone number or something.

The tag itself is good and works like it’s supposed to. The only thing is one of the little straps broke like two days after I got it.

UPDATE months later and it's still holding up, not scratched or anything. The silver part turned copper that's it. My dog's swim daily, and run through mud and cornfields daily. They're outdoors mostly so they're pretty hard on collars and tags. Can't even read the metal tag from the vet at all so I'm glad I have this tag! This tag is adorable and it's easy to set up with your phone. Just scan the code for the tag and create an account. If you lose the tag, get a new one and log into your original account. You can do the same thing to add more pets to the same account. My dog's are outdoors and live on a farm. One of my dogs is our hunting lab so he's in water a lot. The tag has been holding up great and the code is still easy to read after a couple weeks on a very active outdoorsy dog. I'd highly recommend getting a new clasp though or a new ring for the tag because the one that came with it sucks. We lost the tag the first day it was on him, luckily we found it though. Otherwise it's worth the purchase.

I really like the quality of this and it looks just like the picture. The only thing I don’t like is the interface of the actual digital profile for your pet. The picture is oddly widened to distort your pets face and there’s not much room for information on the website page. I only use this on my dogs travel collar, so I would’ve hoped to be able to put more info on the profile page for my pet. Other than that it’s a great deal.

Edit:We are over 1 year since purchase. This has still not broken. Amazing!! So great that when we rescued a Boston Terrier, I looked for this for his breed. No luck. :(I have a boxer pit mix, HYPER! Bought this because she is a jumper. She is chipped, but doesn't run far from home. She is a love, but a hyper love so I thought a QR scanner would be easier for whomever finds her to use than a traditional tag. I set it up-- SUPER easy. Took like 5 minutes. She has not gotten out so I have no feed back from users, but when I scan it it's super clear. You can add a picture of the dog or human or whatever and overlaid is the info you want to see whatever you write is in there bright and clear. She has been wearing it for about 3 weeks and ut has not broken.

It’s a great idea and for my dog who loves to run and have people pet him it’s easy for people to see. I do wish that it was smaller as it looks kinda funny on my mini Aussie who’s about 20lbs. But as a college student who’s constantly moving between home and school being able to easily change the info is great. The hook on the tag is also kinda funky and leaves it laying weird if the clip included isn’t used. Personally I don’t see myself using the clip as it is really loose and comes apart easily. As well as kinda long.

I honestly love this tag! It was so easy to set up online and now if my boy gets lost all anyone needs to do is scan his tag and they will be able to see all of his info, including a photo of him and his "parents" names, address, and phone numbers.I took off 2 stars because I have another dog who loves to wrestle play with Snoopy, and within a few days of putting this tag on Snoopy's collar, Bella severely stretched the elastic band that initially did hold the tag snuggly on Snoopy's collar.I'm hoping to be able to reach the manufacturer to get a replacement elastic band for this tag.I will update once I have more information about this.

So day one the clasp failed so we though oh ok no worries just buy a new one to clip it on. Fast forward to 2 months later the whole thing has fell apart. We have had to super glue it back together and the metal has become discoloured. Its such a wonderful concept and the app works amazingly but its no good if it falls off the dogs collar or falls apart its just not fit for purpose without super glue.

A great way to keep vital information about your dog. My dog is not a fan of traditional dog tags because of the noise they make so finding this one was a godsend for her. Fantastic value and easy to set up and is customisable.

Love the idea of using a QR code, it was easy to set up and the tag looks smart but as other customers have mentioned the clip is useless. My dog lost her tag first trip out! Therefore I can’t recommend this product. If they can replace the clip with something more robust then they have a super product.

Great concept, shame the product didn’t match. The screw clip is next to useless and the tag was lost on a walk within the first two weeks. If you do buy one swap the clip for something less likely to come undone.
