Can this be used on a steel door?

Steel door shouldn't be a problem, the app is Bluetooth.

Can this lock be out on a bar door

I don’t see why not. You will want hub and internet to unlock remotely, via internet.

Does this lock have built-in wifi? I want to buy a lock with fingerprint that can be controlled without hub, any recommendation?

Hello, This lock uses bluetooth to communicate. Thank you for your question.

Is it possible to disable the lockout after too many failed attempts?

Hello Valued Customer, If there are too many failed attempts, the lock will enter a security mode. You can use your phone to unlock it via our app and it will accept fingerprints, fobs, and codes again. Thank you for your question. Best, Sifely Team cs@sifely.com
