These vitamins are in some ways similar to the also excellent Geritol in its solid vitamin version rather than liquid in having certain rarer minerals added and in the right propertion for my health matters. They also have soy extract which is very helpful to post menopausal women like me hence the name Menopause Multivitamin.

This helped with the hot flashes. It didn’t eliminate them but helped make them less severe. But it takes a week to build up in your system so don’t give up after 3 days!

I have started perimenopause. I refuse to get on any hormone therapy, after watching my grandmother and several aunts live to regret it. I tried several other supplements and had mixed results. One of them worked great initially, then it seems they changed the formula, or I became resistant. The hot flashes were coming with a vengeance. It was like I didn't take anything at all. I tried a different brand after that, and the smell was so bad that I could not continue to take those. I tried different varieties of another brand, and they did absolutely nothing. As a last resort, I decided to try these, but I didn't have much hope in them. After about a week, I realized that they were definitely working. I went from having 10+ flashes a day, especially in the evening, to only one or two. That is a great improvement! I will stick with this brand for as long as it is working.

Great for my hot flashes! I was hesitant to buy this but read through the reviews and decided to give it a try. I’ve suffered from horrible, debilitating hot flashes and nothing has worked. After about three weeks of taking this, my hot flashes went away. I forgot to take it for three days and I had three hot flashes in one day! I suppose there is a vitamin or herb that controls them. I highly recommend if you suffer from hot flashes.

These vitamins is a game changer I felt it working the same day less night sweat and peaceful sleep, will definitely be buying more.

Don't waste your money. It worked for a couple of months then it stopped.
