Such a good and amazing keyboard. Dropped it two times accidentally and yet intact. Very good product. Must buy for someone who wants a keyboard and mouse. The wireless connection also works perfectly

The product keys are not working. I requested a replacement, but Amazon customer support told me to contact the company directly. When I contacted the company, they told me to contact Amazon instead. Neither side provided any help or resolved the issue. This has been a very frustrating experience. I do not recommend buying this product—it was a waste of money.

Key board s nice but mouse is broken

When I first got this mouse, I was really pleased with its performance. It was smooth, responsive, and felt great in hand. The clicks were tactile, and the overall build quality seemed solid. For the first few days, it worked flawlessly, and I was genuinely happy with my purchase. However, after just a short period of use, things took a frustrating turn. I started noticing a major issue that significantly impacted my workflow—the mouse randomly double-clicks when I only click once. At first, I thought it was just a minor glitch, but the problem quickly became a consistent and extremely annoying experience. Unreliable Clicking Ruins Basic Functionality The unintended double-clicking makes even the simplest tasks unnecessarily difficult. For example: When I try to open a file, it often registers as a double-click instead of a single click, opening it multiple times or executing unintended actions. Selecting text or dragging files is a nightmare—it constantly drops selections or misinterprets inputs. While browsing the web, clicking a link sometimes opens two identical tabs instead of one, which disrupts my workflow and slows me down. Editing documents becomes an exercise in frustration, as selecting or deleting text doesn’t work as expected. This issue has been happening consistently for the past three days, making it nearly impossible to use the mouse efficiently. A Great Mouse—When It Works Properly When the mouse does function as intended, it’s fantastic. The responsiveness, precision, and design are all on point. But unfortunately, its inconsistency overshadows any of its positives. I can’t rely on it for even the most basic tasks, which defeats the entire purpose of having a good mouse. If the manufacturer addresses this problem—whether through a firmware update or improved quality control—I’d be willing to give it another chance. But as it stands, I can’t recommend it in its current state. If you need a reliable mouse for work or gaming, I’d suggest looking for an alternative.

brought this product on the 05/05/2026 and by July both keyboard and mouse have issues. some keys get printed twice and similarly for the mouse you close one window, 2 or 3 windows get closed. so I raised it up with the support people and instead of sending a replacement for a faulty product which is well within the warranty period, they are asking me to spend my time and money to go to their support centre and then they will see whether I am due a replacement or not. Amazon has also playing a game here brushing their hands off !!! The customer is supposed to become the customer support - we had to exchange like 3-4 emails before we realise that no good is going to come out of this and that your time and money is down the drain. So, the vendor makes money, amazon makes money and we are out of pocket ! DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT !!!
