My previous line-in speaker died and was from Radio Shack, so I knew I couldn't go there again! Found this one on Amazon and it works perfectly! No complaints and it's great for listening to radio stations. Totally satisfied.

This is the cutest little speaker and was a great pricepoint! It sounded great for a few hours and then all of a sudden, in the midst of listening to a book with it, the sound changed. We had only used it for maybe 6 hours total. It was like it was vibrating and the sound was muffled and you could barely understand what was being said. The speaker was open and we were not touching it when the sound changed. I changed the volume, closed it, reopened it, unplugged, plugged it in again, literally all the things and nothing fixed it. Returned it.

This product works ok But if you don’t read right you could find yourself without the ability to charge it It recharges on an old Motorola cable charger By chance I happened to have one I found in a dusty old box in my basement That said it charged well held the charge well and the sound was better than if I didn’t have it It does the job but it’s probably an ancient speaker because it doesn’t charge off a new Apple or current Samsung charger more like a 1990’s Motorola phone charger

Another less than $20 dollar gamble... whew. I had a bluetooth speaker that wouldn't connect with my favorite PC Games on Steam, so I got this unit. The net has many of this type and it seemed a good choice, and I was right. It connects with the 3.5mm Aux Audio Input cable (very short) and has the USB power cable included. The sound is at least as good as the heavier and bulky BT speaker it's replacing, so I'm satisfied there. A small issue is the micro feet pads are so flat the LED is higher, and it won't sit evenly. I fixed it w/a couple layers of grip strips, and it sits level. If I had the budget to spend some real money I would have, but for my Battlefield 4 purposes, it's very good for the price.

Pretty JUNKY . No bass what so-ever. Box appeared to be “re-taped shut”, so it may have been a previous return ?or… if they’re all like this, NOT SUITABLE FOR MUSIC. Sounds like a blown speaker from the 80’s. (Crackly and all treble) Upgrade to a a better built unit !

You get what you pay for - its "Ok" but I can only turn it up about half way or I get distortion so the extra volume is there to tempt me but sounds awful if turned all the way up (which if you are in a totally quiet environment works fair but how often is that the case) with this device turned all the way up the quality of the sound is just not worth listening to and with it about half way up it sounds decent but is not loud enough to be able to enjoy in most environments.

Cheap and Tinny sound, not very loud either, I bought it to have a louder portable speaker than the speakers that my laptop has natively but its quieter than the laptop is so a waste of money for me. Almost broke it upon opening it up for the "bassier and louder" mode.

Does just what I wanted it to do, which was connect to the TV a child plays video games on. He used to play the TV so loud and no matter how many times I asked to turn it down, it would go back to loud after a little while. Well, I disconnected the internal speaker and connected this little gem with the volume scroll wheel super glued so he can't change the volume on the speaker. It's loud enough to watch shows and play games, without bothering everyone else.
