This is definitely the real product. Came very nicely packaged with all the items advertised.Remember people, this was filmed around 2001. The video quality isn’t going to be what you see today with everything in HD.DVD’s work just fine.I will say this is not for beginners. Former high school athlete in my early 30s now. Let myself go a little bit.First 3 weeks in and I’m already down 10 pounds. This will get you motivated, Shaun T is motivating in the sessions, encourages rest when needed, and overall it’s a crazy program.Would not recommend for people with knee pain. There’s a lot of jumping, lunges, squats, etc. I enjoy the workouts are quick, usually under an hour.Doubt I will continue it after the 60 days is up, as now it has encouraged me to get back in the gym.

My husband bought this program because it was on sale and we use to own it several years ago but we let someone borrow it and it never returned. Point is, this program is intense, hard, tiring and just a workout that will make you realize that you are way out of shape and that you do need to workout. If you push yourself and stick with it you will see results but this is not a walk in the park. Its a challenge that you may or may not enjoy. That all depends on you and your expectations.

I'm an XL and after fighting through the soreness and pain the first 3 days I noticed my stamina increasing. After 1.5 weeks my endurance was better than my much lighter friends. Feels good to do the work with no complexities.

This is a high energy workout. Recommended

Bought this for the price (compared to the 100bucks + options) and because I have done the program ages ago and it works… However…Received the package, seemed legit but looking at the quality of the pictures on the cds (blurry, not nice) I was skeptical. Gave it a try on my laptop CD/DVD drive… nothing. I thought my old laptop was the problem so I even bought a new external CD/DVD drive… nothing! Keeps saying to insert CD… I think these cds are blank, with no information on them whatsoever… see pics.I will be returning them for my refund.

Some of the CDs do not work. It was a total waste of money.

I was notified that I received the set and I had to hunt for it in my apartment complex but that’s not the sellers fault. The fact that only a few dvds actually worked was! Most were blank, skipped right away, or only played intro. What a hot mess! I really enjoyed the few workouts I tried and sent for another batch! Hopefully it’s completely different. Wishful thinking! Be wary and forewarned.

Not sure if they just burned their own copies on discs they found in the trash, but so far half of the discs will stop and sometimes restart, other times not. Not such a great way to end your workout. I’d still recommend trying the program, just through somewhere else for hopefully a better product.
