Got this weight lifting belt as the need for extra support grows as I get older and the lifts get heavier. Up to now I have done all my main lifts (deadlift/squat/OHP/etc.) without any accessories minus the occasional wrist strap usage for bench. Recently, I have been feeling the desire to add some stability to my heavier lifts, deadlift and squat, and got this belt to facilitate my needs.I had tried the loaner belts available at my gym with the traditional belt buckle system and found that there was never a size that fit my needs. The velcro system this belt uses solves that issue. I was concerned initially that the velcro hold might fail at the bottom of the lift, but in all of my lifts the belt stayed tight and secure. I am very happy with this belt.The wrist straps were a nice plus but ultimately unnecessary for me as I already had a pair. Although, I do feel like the ones that come with this belt are a bit more comfortable so I may be replacing my older ones with these new ones.The only wish I had for this belt is that it came in a smaller size, at the time of my purchase medium was the smallest size available and when I get the belt as tight as I like for my lifts I have to secure the velcro almost all the way around my torso and onto my back. It would be easier to use if I could get the belt as tight as I wanted without having to reach behind my back to release/secure the belt.

If you are looking for a back brace for the gym or just support for manual lifting, I would recommend this belt. I really like the Velcro strap that is adjustable so you do not have to worry about belt holes and the belt being overly tight or too loose. The fabric seems to be durable and it really fits into the curve of my back nicely. The nice thing about this product is that it also comes with wrist supports which will be great for boxing and lifting at the gym. All in all a great product, I am extremely satisfied and would purchase again.

I was looking around for more workout gear and came across this gem! I was worried that the medium wouldn't be big enough but as someone who is 5"10 185 pounds it fits perfectly! Even if I needed more room it defiantly has it. It is a high quality product and I would recommend this for anyone who lifts in the gym or even at work. The wrist straps are a nice touch, as I was looking around I found several that looked to be about the same for the same price but they didn't include these wrist straps!

The media could not be loaded.  Back support:This uses a Velcro strap which is both strong and highly adjustable for different waist sizes. It feels well constructed, and although the buckle is not made of the highest quality metal, it is solid and does its job well.The edges are somewhat flexible, which makes it very comfortable as you bend or squat. It won’t dig into your hips or belly unless you wear it too high. I suggest wearing it so that the bottom edge sits just above the iliac crest (bony protrusions on the front of your pelvis).It made me feel very supported while lifting boxes and doing house/yard work. For use while lifting, it will definitely work for the average person and can hold up to some moderately heavy deadlifts and squats. More serious powerlifters or body builders may find the pricier, more rigid supports more useful.Overall, for the price, you are getting a comfortable, versatile, and solid back support.Wrist straps:The wrist straps have some elasticity in them, so wearing them was very comfortable. Even with the wrists bent, they did not dig into the back of my hands. However, they still provide enough support. Again, more serious lifters may find more rigid supports are better, but for everyday lifters or workers lifting heavy things, this was surprisingly useful.Overall:This is the definition of bang for your buck.

This was my first time using a weightlifting belt to support my compound lifts. Definitely found that this belt allowed me the back support to add a couple extra reps in each set which I'm pleased about.I have a small waist luckily I found the straps adjustable enough to get a comfortable fit which was useful.Didnt get a chance to try out the wrist straps but looks sturdy enough. Can't wait to use this more post lockdown.

No more back pain when I do deadlift. Is a great product to support my back when I do weight training . It’s definitely help me to push myself to carry heavier weight without worried about injury .

Very good product. The low price definitely does not mean low quality!As a gym going fella I have been in the market for good quality wrist straps and lifting belt and after trying a few this one is by far the better option. It is very sturdy and really does help with support when training and the wrist straps are nothing less then high quality also.Fantastic job keep it up!

Der Gürtel ist ausgezeichnet. Ich trainiere fast täglich und immer ist jetzt der Gürtel dabei. Der Klettverschluss ist sehr gut. Grade wenn man mit dem Körpergewicht runter oder rauf geht, ist man mit dem Produkt sehr gut beraten, da es bei anderen Gürteln i.d.R nur feste Löcher zum einstellen gibt. Das Material ist auch angenehm auf der Haut, kratzt nicht und lässt sich gut reinigen. Die Haltbarkeit vom Klett und dem Material im Allgemeinen ist sehr gut. WIN.MAX-1A
