Are these D type key rings standard or flimsy?

They are standard carabiners (not for climbing). The quality is decent, and the print in the latch will stay away from wear out.

Does these carabiners set comes with key rings?

Are these carabiners strong enough to attach a leash to a running belt towalk an 90 lb. Dog?

Dog is 90 pounds but the force its putting out is a lot more than its body weight. These will break the caribeeners if your dog pulls hard enough.

Great for clipping your key ring to your belt loop

I bought these carabiners to upgrade from the 3" swivel snap hook I that used to clip my key ring onto my belt loop.One day I failed to get the belt loop fully clipped into the swivel snap hook and I unwittingly lost the key fob to my wife's Explorer during a ferry trip to Seattle from Bremerton. The key fob cost over $500 to replace from the Ford dealer, but thankfully our auto insurance paid for it.I now use these aluminum carabiners to securely clip my keys onto my belt loop. They clip to my belt loops with less effort and more securely than the old swivel snap hooks, and my keys hang from my belt loop at the same height as the swivel snap hooks that I've used for many years.

Don't use these for mountain climbing!

These things are great for everything from hanging things off my carry-on luggage to keeping my gates from being opened from the outside without having to use a lock. Of course they are not made to be used for climbing mountains or supporting a large amount of weight but for the things I mentioned or as a key ring or to hang something off your belt loop they work very well. Nice color selection too!
