Very light tasting and good for making homemade mayo

Canola oil is ok
I recently heard canola oil is ok if you buy organic. So, I did and I’m happy with it and I enjoy it on salads.

Good product, B- packaging
The oil was fine & while I love the idea of a non-plastic container, the cylindrical metal container was kinda hard to pour from & I couldn't get the very last drops - I hate wasting food, esp organic food. I understand how much work goes into producing it & hate to put farmers & farm workers' efforts to waste. It seems very disrespectful. So glass, maybe?

saw a hash brown recipe and it calls for a high non smoke oil - suggested Canola and I love this is organic - will give it a try!

Pros: * Can complements stovetop * Fliptop with pour spout eases use without need of second container * Fresh Great taste Cons: * Per ounce is twice as expensive as gallon * Can dents easily (would be nice if durable stainless steel and reusable) * Flip top design allows premature oxidation, but probably only issue if you hardly use oil. Yes I may just keep the can and buy the gallon container when I'm out. Not sure yet as I'm also sampling organic soy oil too. I use hot air popper for popcorn so more of a stir fry and flavoring issue. Both taste great, currently using combo on many things. Light and clean and healthy
This is a fine oil, free from chemicals and any additives. The taste is very light. The oil is great for a cake, and for a sauteed meal. I like the versatility. I have purchased a second bottle, and will stick with this brand.

This is a great product.. use it for all my baking that requires oil. It’s pleasant to smell, organic and doesn’t encroach on the flavors. Would definitely recommend it.
