Excellent screen for the price. Mine was wrinkle free and worked as expected. The wired remote looks a bit cheap but I tucked that away and will never use it - the wireless remote is classy and came with a wall mount, which was nice. Thanks to the person above for the suggestion on how to adjust the drop length with the yellow hex. The screen was wrinkle free and looks great. Does the job exactly as it should. It does smell a bit but I'm sure that'll go away in a few days. All in all 5/5 would buy again for the money spent.

When this was first installed we were very excited as the screen material was great and the projected image looked fantastic. There were some creases in the screen material but they went away after a few uses. For the first few weeks, the screen came down and stopped on its own at just the right place for our setup. On week 3 or so we noticed it wasn't stopping and was going down too low, and wasn't going back up all the way. Tried to adjust the stops on the motor and that had no affect. Now it rolls all the way out and then starts going back up the other way, scraping the screen on the housing. Reached out to support for help. They replied right away and wanted the order number, photos and video proof. Sent that back and no response. Reached out several times, and tried to start a new contact again, and they are completely ignoring me. Since this was a gift and was purchased about a month before I received it, and then we waited a few weeks to install it, we are out of the return window. We were going to buy another one for a different room, but not any more. DO NOT BUY, read the other 1 star reviews with similar issues with the product and the lack of service.

Great quality projector screen! The material and overall build feel premium, and it works really well once set up. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is the cable length. it’s surprisingly short for a screen designed to be mounted on the ceiling, so you’ll need an extension cord. Also, the power box on the cord could be smaller for a cleaner, more aesthetic look. It’s also a bit of a joke that the screws and anchors provided aren’t appropriate for the size and weight of the screen, I’d strongly recommend using your own mounting hardware for safety. Overall, still a great product!

It appears that all of these screens are made by one company and sold under various names. The screen I received had a significant dent in the metal housing. The screen material itself had some small wrinkles which were not very noticeable at viewing distance. However, the screen has a very strong chemical smell when you bring it down for the first time. You'll probably want to air out your room and the screen to get rid of the smell. The mounting hardware is subpar and I would strongly recommend that you buy dedicated mounting hardware (drywall anchors, etc) to mount the screen with. Also, the power cable and wired remote cables are both located on the same side of the remote which is odd looking if you're using a power outlet that's closer to the ground. Trying to exchange the damaged screen for a different one was more of a hassle than it should have been. Bottom line, since all of these screens appear to be made by the same manufacturer and relabeled, pick the cheapest one in the size that you need.

I'm kinda new to using projectors. I didn't realize the screen makes that much of a difference. This screen makes my cheap 720p projector look good. It did look a bit dim with my old screen but with the new screen it looks as good as any TV in brightness. Also with the lights at 100% brightness the screen hardly washes out any. I'm not sure how this screen compares to the expensive screens but I do know how it compares to my old 80 dollar screen and it's night and day different. I put a video with this review I want you all to remember it's a 120 dollar projector and this setup is in a shed in the back yard. So I'm sure it would look even better with a good projector in better conditions. Also the screen covers a window when down and there is no light that bleeds threw which is very nice.
