Seems to be a really good quality robe. The clasp on the front is held together with velcro on one side, so will be easy to get on and off. For size and length reference, my son is about 4'6" and we ordered a large size. It goes down to just above his ankles, which some might consider long, but I think it's great as he can wear it for longer (dress-up, future costumes, etc). It was a bit pricy I do admit, but if it lasts more than one Halloween I'll consider it worth it.

After some searching for the perfect HP cloak (I was quickly corrected when I called it a robe) this was the best option for price point, quality and authentic look and feel (according to my 7 year old). I’m pleasantly surprised by the quality, looks good in person and isn’t too thin or cheap. Sure, it’s polyester and not the “official” Hogwarts product but it fits my tall and skinny second grader, looks legit and is holding up to near constant wear over the last week!

It’s a little big for a 14/16 in my opinion but it’s still a good quality robe. We will see how it lasts going out in it but it seems to be fairly comfortable.

Bought this for my 9 year old to wear at Universal Studios. He has worn it 3-4 times already and its still in great shape. No issues with stitching or velcro. I wish it had a wand pocket, but the real deal doesnt either. Its reallly long

My daughter gives it a very enthusiastic 2 thumbs up! She is 8 and the size medium is just a tad large. It definitely needs to be steamed or ironed but what what clothes don't right out of the mail? All edges are surged with no sight of a folded hem. The patch is nice, an actual patch rather than an iron on decal. The fastener looks nice and seems to be sturdy. The material isn't very thick, but it seems sturdy and has a good tight weave. You could probably find something nicer with cleaner hems for more money, but for the price, this cape is just fine and the one wearing it LOVES it!
