Like a box of chocolates. No telling what you're gonna get. What I received was neither what was in the advertised photos nor the customer review photos. (which I only realized were different after receiving the item and saying "hmm this looks wrong".) What I received was of much lower quality that either of the pictured mashers. For example, I specifically searched for a masher which did not have a bottom that was spot welded onto the legs because that is the first place it will fail. The advertised picture has no spot welds. What I got did. Also it was supposed to come in some nice black fancy box. It did not. Other than the color it's a completely different masher of far lesser quality.

AT first glance it looked like a good quality masher
AT first glance it looked like a good quality masher. After running my finger across the brackets that attach to the bottom I realized it was not finished properly and actually had very sharp edges. Glad I didn't find this out when hand washing as it would have definitely cut me. I sent back.
