Really happy with this purchase

Replacement for identical hat purchased in 2006 which is finally showing its age. Love these hats for their durability, foldability and sun protection.

This is the second Wallaroo hat that I have bought - a different style this time. The way these hats can be folded and rolled to be space efficient in a suitcase / bag and then opened out at the other end in pristine condition is amazing. It has a handy drawstring to improve the fit which can be doubled as a handy chin strap in windy conditions, although this hat doesn't have quite such a generous drawstring as my other one.

Fantastic, just what I need for my trips to Australia.I purchased a black one which looks very classy.Depending on where I'm going to spend my day I may put a piece of ribbon or some beads around it to brighten it up a bit and to match my outfits.It is expensive but as it's very well made and because of the colour and the fact that pops back into shape it should last years!

Very happy with the stunning colour, the fit (with the inside tie to help adjust the fit is a sensible idea) and brim size. Just not sure if it can be packed in a suitcase, worried it would be ruined,so not sure it can come on holiday with me LOL

We've been touring the Far East and my hat was with me constantly - either on my head or rolled up in my bag. I could adjust the size so it would fit with my long hair tucked inside when I was too hot to leave it hanging down, or make it tighter to stop it blowing awayMy only regret is I bought it in white as it got grubby, but on my return I threw it in the washing machine and it came out as good as new

Great hat, does what is says, you can squish it up and pack it in a case, bought one and was so impressed bought another for a family member, well with the price, not cheap but good!

Love this hat, going to be great for our upcoming cruise. Color is perfect and the string to tighten inside is perfect.

This is my 2nd Walaroo hat. The 1st one was a "Catalina" model. My daughter liked that one. This is light weight with a nice wide brim and it has a useful tie inside to tighten the headband. If I have one observation for this moded, it is that I would like some trim on the hat. To that end, I will buy some hemp rope and do a simple round the head trim. It doesn't need a lot, IMHO, just a wee touch.
