I am overall very happy with my purchase of this butter Knife, and would happily recommend it to anyone. The knife has a total length of 24 cm, with a blade measuring 12 cm x 3.5 cm, and a handle measuring 12 cm, making it very comfortable to hold during use. Personally, I found that the wide blade allows you to butter bread with extreme ease, and the built-in serrated edge makes it effortless to cut right through a fully assembled sandwich. It has quickly become an essential tool in my kitchen and easily earns five stars.

Perfect knife for sandwiches. Great for spread , cut ,is very sharp Absolutely must have for travel We made our sandwiches fresh during our 16h travel by car . This knife was Perfect for sliced veggies, tomatoes etc👌👍

UPDATE: Bought a second one (no burr) as it is a great sandwich knife. Definitely stainless steel. original review: Not only was this 'spreading' knife sharper than a Honjō sword, but it also had a burr which cut my finger. Why does a spreading knife have to be this sharp and serrated? To be fair to the product I could see it was serrated in the picture and description, but I didn't expect to have to take a metal file to it to de-burr and blunt it - but now it is done I am much happier. It is also not as flexible as spreading knives usually are, but the wide blade is brilliant and it has a comfortable handle. So far it has not gone rusty like a couple of other reviewers have said, even along the filed edge. So mine at least looks like stainless steel. I will update this review if things change. This is just my opinion and you may be looking for something different in a butter knife (like the ability to cut breeze blocks!).

This is an excellent spreader for butter. I originally bought this for my grandson who is blind because I thought it would be easier for him to use.

I’ve been looking for a decent butter knife for months , I was always blinkered by the old fashioned bone handled knife of the 60’s for spreading butter and wasn’t liking the look of the more modern ones that appeared to have a wide blade . I bought a couple on line but they were too short in the handle so when I saw this one plus the good reviews I thought I would give it a go ……. Well what can I say , it’s my new best friend in the kitchen !!🥰🥰 the blade spreads beautifully, the handle is the right length , you get a good grip and you’ve also got a serrated edge for any little items you want to cut . I know it sounds weird being so fussy about a butter knife but this has made me very happy ! I have added a photo to show how it compares . I highly recommend it .

If like me you are obsessed with using the right tool to get a job done you must buy this for spreading. Butter, mayo in fact anything you need a good thin spread on this is the tool to do it well.

de taille raisonnable, la lame est bien large pour tartiner, solide et coupante. Au départ, je voulais acheter un couteau à beurre muni de trous pour un étalement plus facile, mais tous ceux que j'ai regardés comportaient des commentaires les classant dans la catégorie de "gadgets peu solides", ou bien "trop petits", ce qui fait que, au final j'ai choisi celui-ci, et j'en suis pleinement satisfaite, donc il fait très bien l'affaire, avec sa lame solidement fixée et je le recommande (ce n'est pas un gadget). Par contre, faire attention, il est bien précisé que la lame est coupante.
