First things first - it works, and works well.There is a video showing you what you need to do exactly, I think other reviewers have confused themselves because there are lots of different files on the CD - just do as the video shows and it'll work.I installed it today on my Windows 10 64 bit laptop, you will need a CD drive, but if you don't have one just by a cheap external usb one off Amazon for £10-15.Part of the install gets you to turn off the antivirus, not because it's a virus but because the software is *ahem* 'borrowed', so it bypasses some of the licensing issues.I used it to diagnose a fault with my 2004 Land Cruiser Amazon and worked perfectly.Very very happy!

Software never worked

It reads the ECU well fault codes etc but throws an error when performing ECU Software Update "Current Vehicle Calibration ID could not be retrieved" I bought it to perform an ECU Software Update which then renders it useless for me.I will update this if I get it to work.

Seems good quality couldn't use the software disc it comes with as I don't have a DVD drive but it's was automatically recognized by windows and works fine on windows 10. Tried on several versions of Techstream and does what I need on my RAV4 what else can you say it's a cable for special application and does what it says without the huge costs of the more expensive versions.
