Kitchen item. Ok I guess

They do take getting use to while cutting and sizing for your own finger but I plan to use them and prevent cutting my fingers like I do so often! Good product the only thing I would like even more is a larger one.

These are great for learning how to chop foods. They have a ring to help keep it on your finger with ease. It is one size fits all as the ring on the back is adjustable. The protection is great. It is durable but the ring part is thin. Great value for the money.

looks effective. adaptable to differing finger size. have not had chance to use yet. only one issue: instructions printed in black on transparent storage box. I recommend increasing contrast and readability by cutting a piece of white card stock to fit in box and placing behind printed instructions.

Though functionally useful, it looks like a cheap metal plate somehow welded together with an adjustable finger ring. Comes with no packing… just 4 pieces put in a courier bag. No branding, no finesse.

Ich bin manchmal ein kleiner Schussel ... - und gefühlt ist es so, dass ich mich bei fast jeder Essenszubereitung in irgendeiner Weise schneide ... - mein Mann schüttelt da ziemlich häufig den Kopf. Und hat mich auf die Idee mit dem Fingerschutz gebracht. Ich war echt skeptisch, als ich sie bestellt hatte. Sollte so etwas wirklich funktionieren? Bestimmt hat das jemand für seine ungeschickte Frau entwickelt ... - und hofft jetzt mit diesem Konzept die Welt zu erobern. Ja, zu mir in die Küche hat das Set es auf jedem Fall schon mal geschafft. Wie sehen sie eigentlich aus? Nun, es kommen vier kleine Schutzschilde an, hinten jeweils mit einem offenen Ring, den man über seinen Mittelfinger oder Zeigefinger steckt. Ich mit meinen Spargelfingern musste sie direkt etwas enger stellen, damit mir die Schilde nicht sofort abhauen, bevor ich hätte schneiden können. Die Schilde bestehen übrigens aus Edelstahl (sonst hätte ich sie nicht bestellt) und damit nicht nur lebensmittelecht, sondern schön stabil und sehr leicht zu reinigen, laufen nicht an und sind hitzebeständig. Also ideal für die Nutzung in einer Küche. Tja ... - sagen wir mal so: Ich habe mich seitdem (und das sind schon fast sechs Wochen) nicht mehr geschnitten. Absoluter Rekord für mich !! - Aber es ist echt nicht einfach, damit umzugehen. Am ersten Tag hab' ich sie sogar einfach in die Ecke gefeuert, weil das nicht so funktionierte, wie ich sollte. Aber auch (oder gerade?) Frauen sind ja etwas hartnäckiger. Insofern hab' ich sie am nächsten Tag wieder genommen. Kurz und knapp als Fazit: Man braucht seeeehr viel Geduld, bis man endlich den Bogen 'raus hat und weiß, wie man am besten zu schneiden hat. Aber es funktioniert und meine Finger danken demjenigen, der diese Teile entwickelt hat. Von daher kann ich nicht anders als 5 Sterne dafür zu geben !

molto interessante questo “scudo” per le dita, consente di dedicarsi alla cucina tagliando frutta e verdure senza nessun rischio di ferirsi. perfetto per principianti e per un utilizzo casalingo, io per esempio che sono abbastanza scarso ad “affettare” le verdure, con questo strumento posso farlo senza la paura di tagliarmi e riesco a regolarmi meglio per la dimensione delle fette che taglio per cui soprattutto se si vogliono fare fette molto sottili, con questo strumento è possibile farle con più facilità. il packaging è molto buono, i 4 “scudi” arrivano ognuno con un rivestimento protettivo in plastica dentro una scatolina trasparente rigida inserita in un ulteriore confezione di plastica. i pregi di questo strumento sono: 1 = protegge le dita da tagli accidentali 2 = consente di effettuare tagli più precisi e omogenei perchè è più facile regolarsi e capire il passo del taglio che stiamo effettuando Dimensioni: - Larghezza = 6 cm - Altezza = 4.5 cm - Peso = 16 gr - Altezza anello = 2 cm l' anello dove mettere il dito è abbastanza duttile per cui lo si riesce a stringere e ad allargare anche a mani nude oppure eventualmente utilizzando una piccola pinza cosi da poterlo adattare alla dimensione delle nostre dita. lo “scudo” è abbastanza largo da proteggere 3 dita, per cui mettendo il medio nell' anello anche indice e anulare sono perfettamente al sicuro. la parte posteriore dove mettiamo le dita è molto lucida e perfettamente liscia, la parte anteriore che va a contatto col coltello invece è un po’ più opaca e leggermente meno liscia i bordi laterali non sono taglienti ma non sono stati smussati, per cui a passarci il dito sopra non ci si taglia ma per esempio premendolo su del legno lo si riesce a scalfire. si possono benissimo lavare sia in lavastoviglie che nel lavandino all’ inizio occorre prenderci un’ attimo confidenza ma già dopo 5 minuti ci si sarà abituati ad utilizzarlo il costo attuale (dicembre 2020) di 14.99 euro a parer mio è abbastanza alto, però almeno lo strumento è di qualità
