I really like these covers. They are super easy to use and are fairly priced. What I don't like is that they don't have a sampler pack with different sizes. I have a large book collection and they are various sizes. If you buy the 25 pack 9.5" covers and you only have say 6 books that size well now you have 19 covers you can't use because they aren't adjustable height-wise. That's why I'm not giving these 5 stars.

I bought a wood carving book from 1972 that i wanted to protect. I ordered the clear sheet protective book covers and proceeded to put it on my book with a roll of plastic tape. It was OK, then I got a message from the company which included a link to a video showing the correct way to put the cover on. Eureka! It was much better and easier than my method with the tape. Two recommendations if you're looking at buying:1. Measure your book correctly. Its height of book X width (Lay your book out flat and open, measure distance from edge to edge, including width of spine of book).2. Watch the instructional video BEFORE placing the cover on your book.Good luck!

These are labeled as 8" tall, and the description says they fit "books that are 8 1/2" x 15"", but both of these statements are outright lies. The item I received CLEARLY states that they are 7¾" tall... and the label is accurate; they don't fit the 8" books for which I bought them, so now I have to try ordering a different item and hope the size is correct.Otherwise, they seem nice, but it's too bad I only have one book that these fit.

Love this. I am a librarian of a small philosophical association with old reference books precious to many. These covers will add many decades to the life of the collection. They are of a quite decent quality; good to the feel. The do not detract from the look or beauty of the books in any way. Indeed folks who use the library are appreciative we've found such an easy product to use that could not possibly hurt the books. No glue, tape nor adhesive touches the book cover whatsoever.

These are the best bookcovers avilable, in my opinion. They are very simple to use are excellent for both paperbacks and hardbacks (including ones with dust covers). The only issue is sizing. Unike the covers designed for dust jackets, these are not adjustable for height. You have to be careful to make sure you get the right height. Otherwise, they are both very simple to use and very servicable.

Exactly what I was looking for. Some people were complaining about size. I went with the 9 and 1/4 for my 9 inch book. The sleeve is actually 9.5 inches. Easy peasy to apply. The perforated edge was simple to figure out. I also purchased the 10.5 for some of my hardcovers, I will try those next. These are a thin plastic, so not sure how long they will hold up, but I am extremely happy so far.

very flimsy. The plastic is thin. It's not what I wanted at all. The sizing was also very difficult to figure out. I wanted a size to cover a 9x12" book. You have to measure the book as what it would be when open and allow for the spine. What I ended up with doesn't even cover a 5x7" book. That's my error but I feel the description was misleading. If it was only that I wouldn't complain but the plastic is just so flimsy. I wouldn't recommend.

The ability to separate the flaps and place on the book allows the covers to fit snuggly to any book. Very easy to place and fit to the book even though the open books was much smaller than 21inches.I purchase to ensure the height of the cover would fit or be a little bit bigger then the height of the book and, then, selected the next width size would more than cover the books we wanted to cover. Even though the 21 inches (for the 11x21"s) was excessive, the ability to set the second flap and attached to the second cover piece resulted in a perfect fit to the book.
