I seriously love this air fryer. It’s my number one favorite out of all the ones I’ve ever had. I’ve had quite a few as well. Probably around 6-7 give or take. At one point I even had one that was very fancy and cost around $600. It had other features like sous vide and the rest I can’t even remember. Price doesn’t always mean it’s the best. This one is easy to use and by far the absolute easiest to keep clean. Then it looks really nice to as shown in pictures. This is my first one that has a feature where it beeps halfway through and reminds you to shake the basket or flip. It’s a great reminder and I’m surprised it’s the first one that does this. It’s very affordable as well. I would have paid more had I known before hand how much I would like it. Highly recommended hands down.

I wouldn't trade it for a different brand. We got the 8 quart size and this sucker is huge. I cook for myself and two children and we use this several times a week. It has just about completely replaced the use of the oven. We cook everything in it from biscuits, bacon and hamburgers, omelets, cookies and homemade fries, gosh it's a long list really. We cook on liners and baking dishes that fit, exclusively. We clean this about as often as you would clean your oven. It has made our life easier. And as far as quality we have literally dropped this to the floor and it continues to work like it did the day we got it.. a year ago. When I received it I was a bit worried because the front of the fryer looked scuffed up as you can see in one of the photos. I wasn't sure about the quality and I wanted to send it back but I was convinced it was new and the scuffs didn't concern me so much. It is the only countertop appliance that I keep out on the counter because it looks nice and fits well with the other stainless steel appliances. To give an idea of the capacity of the 8 qt, as you can see it will fit a totino pizza easily, as well as a can of eight biscuits...We sometimes cut them up before we cook them but it will fit all eight cut up or not. I think you'd be pleasantly surprised with the things you can cook in this air fryer. We don't use ours for the health benefits as much as we use it to cook on demand and the versatility. We love ours and I definitely recommend it to potential buyers.

This review will not be complete because I have not yet cooked with the air fryer. I bought it to replace the one I have struggled with for years which frankly did more things than I needed and took a lot of time and energy to figure it out. If I want toast, I'll use my toaster. For the price I paid for that machine. I didn't expect the trays that came with it to react to the food and look disgusting and battered after one or two uses and the company would do nothing about it. I have a lot of appliances by that company, and I am slowly finding out that brand name does not mean good customer service or an exemplary machine. It was not the greatest device as for the price and brand name. I expected a lot better. This new air fryer is very sturdy looking and came well packed on time. I watched it as directed and I'm waiting to order some food that I can cook in it. I have read the manual which is very straightforward and it seems that this will be exactly what I wanted: a sturdy uncomplicated machine that will hold a whole small chicken. Is that too much to ask? It is very attractive , sleek, and does not take up a lot of counter space. The basket slides in and out easily and it will be interesting to see how easy the machine works and how well it cooks the food. Stay tuned. THIS is a good, Basic machine that does exactly what you tell it to do without all the fancy trappings that I don't need. I followed the instructions for chicken wings, and they turned out perfect. Once the machine cooled down, it was very easy to wash out the basket. It takes up much less room on my counter yet the basket capacity is larger and I can put a whole Cornish hen in it. This is obviously the appliance for me, and I am very pleased with it so far.

Great Air Fryer. It didn’t have the Hi-Fry Option as advertised, but Amazon made it right. Easy to use. Easy to Clean. Nice, roomy basket. I use it all the time.

Had a little problem trying to get the digital read out to display. The strip was placed on the air fryer was over the reading display. Once I moved it over , I was able to see the readings . Cooked a whole chicken from a recipe online. Turned out good. Easy clean up. Cooked as indicated by instructions. Read all instructions carefully and make sure you reread them again. There is a lot to know. Very satisfied with this air fryer. I ordered some cookbooks to try other recipes.

I’ve been using this air fryer regularly for about 4 years, and it finally stopped working. Honestly, I can’t complain too much four years of consistent use feels like I got my money’s worth. It handled everything from fries and wings to reheating leftovers and quick meals, and it definitely made cooking easier and faster. Over time, it showed normal wear, but performance stayed solid until recently when it just wouldn’t turn on anymore. No major issues before that, which says a lot about its durability. Overall, this air fryer did its job well and lasted longer than I expected. Since it served me for years, I’ll be buying another air fryer to replace it probably even the same brand if available. Would recommend it for anyone looking for a reliable kitchen appliance.

This is my 2nd air fryer. The first one I used only twice and gave it away. That was 3 years ago and since then I wasn't motivated to have an air fryer. I became interested again when a friend mentioned to me how good her whole chicken came out of her Ninja air fryer. I'm a fan of roasted whole chicken. I decided to research the different brands like Ninja and Cosori. I wasn't willing to spend too much money in case I ended up not liking the idea, again of using an air fryer. I'm not a gadget person. I wanted one that would roast a whole chicken and even a pork shoulder. Therefore, I didn't need the double drawer kind. Also, I have a small kitchen and needed one that didn't take up too much space. After reading the reviews of this Chefman, I was impressed, so I ordered it. Now that I have it I'm more than impressed. It's FANTASTIC! I have not made the chicken or pork shoulder yet. But, I have made pork chops, steak fajitas with the veggies together, eggs, shrimp and grilled cheese. I love it! The taste is wonderful. It browns to perfection. It hardly makes any noise. There is no smoke and no strange smell. I haven't used liners yet but it cleans easily. I wash it by hand and nothing really sticks. You can use any type of pans you use in a regular conventional oven and also the Pyrex glass type. The inside of the drawer is about 9", therefore you can use pans and molds as large as 8". I used one to make scrambled eggs. I have discovered that with this air fryer you only need this item to wash. While with pots and pans on the stove, you would need to wash them anyway, but besides that you also need to clean the stove. I keep my sandwich presser on top but remove it when using either one. This air fryer is big enough but doesn't take a lot of space. Make sure you are aware of the dimensions and measure your space. This takes less space than the toaster oven I had there before. This air fryer is fantastic! It's convenient with a great performance. I love it! I highly recommend 100%.

I purchased this air fryer on October 17, 2024, here on Amazon. I purchased it because my other air fryer finally gave up the ghost after 8 years of solid, almost everyday use. Found out the brand that made my original air fryer went out of business (probably because they made their product too well), I went with Chefman, based on the great reviews. It worked well. Heated things evenly and crisped things up nicely. Until, Wednesday, Aug 26, 2026. It died while warming up some chicken nuggets. I smelled burning, then it shut off. I let it cool and plugged it in again to see if it just overheated. Nope, it died. I never made anything elaborate in it so it was just normal wear and tear. So, though it worked well, cooked evenly and was easy to clean, it’s getting 3 stars based solely on how quickly it stopped working.

Acabo de recibir mi freidora Chefman de 7.5 lt. Es muy bonita, práctica y muy funcional. Es grande y de mucha capacidad. La conecté y de inmediato funcionó perfecto. Cociné pescado y salmón en un platón cuadrado que cupo perfecto en la canasta. Y al mismo tiempo tacos de pollo. Todo quedó delicioso. En unos 15 min y los taquitos quedaron super doraditos y muy crunchy. Es mínimo el ruido que hace. Y se programa muy bien y muy fácil. La recomiendo ampliamente. Estoy feliz con mi freidora. Amazon me la entregó justo el día que me indicó y llegó perfecta en su empaque. Gracias!

I purchased a Chefman air fryer July 2023. I loved the size of the basket and the features it came with. It was easy to use and easy to clean. It worked fantastic and I used it pretty much daily until something went wrong with it. Since I had it less than a year I contacted customer service. Customer service was amazing. After a few emails verifying that something was wrong with it they emailed me paperwork to be able to send the unit back for free so they could investigate the issue further. As soon as they received the unit they promptly sent out a new air fryer. When the new air fryer arrived I was sad to see that UPS had pretty much destroyed it while in transit. I contacted Chefman customer service to report this and after a few pictures to verify the damage they had a new air fryer sent out that day. I have never had such prompt friendly service with a big company before. A special shout out to Jade in customer service. You were fantastic! I strongly recommend this air fryer for both the quality of the machine and the amazing customer service.
