Helps keep edges dry. Doesn't stop sweat, however it helps it dry faster and keeps edges laid down. Don't remove until dry and hair will e dry and in place. It strechs and helps head breathe. Recommend.

Besides keeping the sweat out of my eyes, This band keeps my lace dry as i work out. I even tried it out with just ebin and my wig did not move. The secret is to make sure you have completely cooled down before you remove the band. I now have no excuse to get in the gym.
