After a MCL sprain from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, I was unable to train due to the laxity in the knee joint. Neoprene sleeves did not give enough Medial/Lateral support. This brace can be inflated with its pumping mechanism to provide a significant amount of stability. Without this brace, I could not have continued my training for an estimated 8 weeks.
