We needed to get a lift chair for my mom who is 5' tall and weighs about 100 pounds....we didn't want to buy one that she would get lost in and we wanted a fabric vs leather type chair. We also were hoping to get one that would blend in with our decor. The red chair fit our needs perfectly. It arrived on time and my dad and I were able to bring it in and assemble it no problem. The instructions were pretty good...there was only one part that we got confused by but after fiddling with it we figured it out....the only other weird thing is that the UP and DOWN buttons seem to do the opposite of what you would expect...we tried to see if we hooked the wires up wrong ...thought maybe that would fix the issue, but no...up is down and down is up....but OH WELL.... the chair works...is really comfortable and hopefully will give my mom a little more independence... I don't have any mobility issues....but i like the chair so much that given the price point...I may even buy one for myself...

Ended up ordering 2 of these chairs. First ordered on for my Dad after he started using a rollator. It was easy for him to use the controls. He gets confused easily, but was able to use his chair controls. Daddy liked that it has heat and massage. His hips and back cause him pain along with his neck. Standing him up makes it safe for him to get from his chair to his rollator or cane without struggling to get up. My Mom was so impressed she wanted one for herself. They gave away 2 perfectly good regular recliners to get these. They have been very happy and my Daddy hasn’t fallen since getting his chair. We should definitely order again and have recommended them to family and friends. My sister-in-law ordered one for her Mom.

Save your money! I received this chair and was sorely disappointed. 1st no where in description did it mention it was "made in China" if so I would not have purchased. It is advertised as a "massage and heat" chair. The heat is almost undetectable. As far as "massage" it should say "vibrate" - at max level it vibrates as much as my phone does.The lift feature is OK but extremely slow.When I wanted a refund, I was told it would be "a lot of inconvenience" and asked if I would accept a $30 refund. Once I got Amazon involved they upped it to $100 - but I am still out $300 for this cheaply made chair.

I love my lift chair! Really easy to put together and very easy to clean off cat hair LOL! I sleep in mine every night. The first great night sleep in ages! Thank you so much! My mother says the seating area was uncomfortable on her tailbone. My dad put it together and says it was easy.

We got it for my mother who lives in a nursing home. It was small enough to fit in her room and it is so comfortable. Although I need to say that the chair is SMALL and narrow. Keep this in mind if you like your cushions a bit roomier.

Smaller than expected, but otherwise great.

Great chair for my 75 year old dad who has a hard time getting up. It is so comfortable for him he even sleeps in it!!!
