I have been using this at the bouldering gym for the past two months and love it.It lasts longer than loose chalk when I am climbing and my gym bag is no longer full of white dust.I don't usually apply more than once or twice in the two or three hours I am climbing there.I go 3 to 4 times a week and the bottle is still half full.I have medium to large hands and squeeze out an amount about 3/4 the size of a dime and it covers my whole palm and finger areas.I don't even carry the loose chalk anymore this is so much more comfortable and convenient.I highly recommend it!

If my options were no chalk or this stuff, I guess it would work, but it rubs off quick. Applying more in the middle of a workout means you have to stop and let it dry.

Clean, dries fast, and holds well. Exactly what you want from a product like this. Easy to toss in your bag, doesn't leave a powdery mess everywhere, and even gyms with "no chalk" policies will usually be ok with you using this. Washes off your hands easily as well with a little soap and water.Highly recommended for lifters, or anyone who needs a dry, sure grip for any reason at all.

Great alternative to gym chalk. There were quite a few liquid chalk products to choose from. But, after reading the reviews from other buyers, I went ahead and gave this a try. I was not disappointed. Halfway through my training session, I just added a little more. But, this chalk works.So, if you're looking for a gym chalk alternative, this is it.

Freakin amazing.Liquid grip, lasts a long time since you only need 2 or 3 drops. There's some alcohol mixed into the ingredients, so that it's good for killing some germs. I'll most likely never go back to powder chalk after using this convenient easy to carry liquid chalk.

I've tried different liquid chalks and this is the best I've found anywhere. This is the closes thing to using the real chalk that used to be common in the old school gyms years ago but you'll only find in very select hardcore gyms now. Plus this leaves no mess all over the floor so I've had no complaints from any of the no chalk allowed in gyms that are everywhere today. Give it a try I promise you'll be amazed at how good it works. All you need is less than a dim size amount on your hand then rub them together then as it drys it turns completely white just like real chalk! Love this stuff highly recommend!!
