Are instructions included?

It doesn’t come with instructions. But there are helpful google searches. Search “tips on a full balloon arch.”

Do I need additional supplies to create the arch as shown in the photo?

I used thumb tacks and the same string that they use to hold the balloons with and ballon dots on mines. Instead of thumb tacks you can use those command strips and attach it to the wall if they allow. Unfortunately I have glossy paint on mines and things do not stick well. So, I tied the white ballon string to the part where I wanted the arch to curve and tied a knot to the thumb tac and stuck it in my ceiling. The other part that I wanted to go straight across the top of the wall I did the same to. The bottom of the arch I just let rest on the floor in a “C” position. Now to get the small balloons on the arch I used the dots to attach them to the larger balloons and random areas. The dots are like glue. Oh be sure when you do this to have the balloon knots faced inwards. So, no one sees them.

Are the clear balloons included? If not, is there a way for me to purchase them.
